I called Bruce's Computer repair and asked him a question regarding a perceived problem with a lap top. Bruce answered my question and provided me with information that will indicate my perceived problem in the future. This kind of response indicates to me a person who looks after future customers. In the future I will take my machine to Bruce for any repair.
