Dr. Burton has been incredibly flippant about my concerns. She also didn't share the recommendations from my specialist, insisting I get them myself even though the office already has them and the specialist said the doctor would provide a copy for me. It turned out she didn't want to follow through on one of his recommendations, even though I've talked to the specialist about my condition longer than I have ever interacted with this doctor. Incredibly disappointing to see this behaviour from someone who works with vulnerable groups.

Connie Lee, psychotherapist with Integra Health Centre, claims to have a MBA from Lund University in Sweden. Lund University does not have a MBA program. After this was pointed out to Integra Health Centre over June and July 2020, the MBA reference on this therapists profile was removed, only to be added back a few weeks later in August. For an industry that generally authentically cares for peoples best interests, both physical and mental, it is startling that these false credentials were placed back onto this therapists profile after Integra Health Centre became aware that Lund University does

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend Integra if you're looking for a family doctor.
I first came to Integra looking for a family doctor about three years ago, and received one. At first things seemed promising, and I'd say that my first year there I was satisfied with my doctor.
However, after that first year, things went downhill. I was able to make appointments easily, but I felt like my doctor was always in a rush. She'd spend maybe 3 minutes in the room with me, and I'd barely get through what the issue was before she was writing me a prescription for a drug

I signed up with a doctor only to find out months later she is no longer there. I wasn’t informed at all. I was told I’m back on the waiting list and maybe I will get in in the Fall. When you are dealing with your health this is unacceptable now I haven’t a doctor and am left stranded. I do not recommend.

The best thing about this clinic is that it is located in the PATH but that being said, it's so busy you will need to book appointments in advance. I was in need of a family doctor, requested to see one last year that was still accepting patients and when it came to my appointment, I got an email saying that she is no longer practising with the clinic.

DO NOT GO TO COMMERCE COURT LOCATION!!! Shittiest customer service I have ever received!! I had read great reviews about the Exchange Tower location so i was super excited when I was told there was an opening for a family doctor at the Commerce Court location. However the staff is rude, unresponsive, and extremely unhelpful.

So pissed at Integra that I might cease to continue going there for my health needs. MONTHS before my baby was born I inquired about my doctor, Dr. Olupona, being the family doctor for the baby. The front desk assured me Dr. O could be his family doctor. Fast forward to his birth, called to schedule an appointment and they booked one with Dr. Cook. The next day they called and said oh sorry, that appointment was booked in error, Dr. Cook can't see the baby. I said okay, what about Dr. O? No, she apparently doesn't see babies! This is the direct opposite of what they said months ago. So

I attended Integra Health Centre yesterday to get a second opinion regarding a health issue/condition. I was thoroughly impressed by the friendliness of the staff (no one made me feel "old"), the nice clean sleek waiting room (with an awesome view down to King Street West), being handed a tablet, rather than pen & paper, to complete my health… information (that was cool), and the friendliness, professionalism, support, and openness of attitude, that I felt from the doctor I saw. I am on a wait list to switch to a doctor at this clinic - hopefully the same doctor I saw yesterday. Highly

Was searching through open care for family doctors and came across integra health centre. On their website it says accepting new patients for all services so I fill out the new patient form. Get an email back saying they're not accepting new patients? But walk in appointments are available? There's a lot of mixed messages I'm getting from this practice and I'm not even their patient-can only imagine what would happen as their "client" (apparently patients are clients at integra according to their responses on google reviews).

Very pleasantly surprised by this Walk-in clinic, as I'd usually expect walk-ins to be kind of dreadful experiences from the wait times to the actual service. I called really early at 7, but wasn't able to get through until 8 and got an appointment for 9. This place seems really busy so if you don't live in the area it might be hard to get a spot, as they had a sign that said they are full for walk-ins for today at 9 am. They use a tablet for intake forms and the whole place is really modern and clean. My doctor (Farzana Haq) had a great bed side manner and was just really nice

Be careful with this place. They charged me a no show fee even though I cancelled my appointment with 24 hours.
I also discovered that they ignored a recommendation from a specialist they referred me to. The specialist advised my Integra doctor that I needed a bone scan and the doctor never told me. It's very negligent.

Integra seems very disorganized. I was informed that I will receive a refund as soon as I show my renewed health card for my doctor's visit. Since then, it has been 3 months and it is taking me more than 5 phone calls and 2 in-person visits to receive a cheque (couldn't do refund via the card machine). Ridiculous.
For the doctor's visit, the experience was quite nice. The appointment was quite on time, and the booking was pretty smooth too.

I cannot say enough about the level of care I have received here. The entire staff goes above and beyond. I have a series of complicated health issues and they have been diligent and helpful with both diagnosis… and treatment, they have sent me to incredible specialist and have been amazing with follow up. Not to mention, several time sensitive appointments they have accommodated as well as helping me get emergency prescriptions while out of town. Absolutely LOVE this center and their staff. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic clinic in the heart of downtown Toronto! So many healthcare providers all in one stop - I was so happy to find a new female GP and someone who can provide women's health as well. Dr. O has been so fantastic!
I recently had a couple physiotherapy sessions at the clinic as well and am feeling great after my assessment and treatment. A big shout-out to Lamiya! :) Friendly environment, nice and bright and helpful staff. Really great clinic!
