Had a great appointment with Dr. Lisa Clarke. She was very kind and built great rapport. I really appreciated her evidence based and anatomical approach. She was excellent at discussing risks and benefits. The clinic itself was really clean and the staff were friendly and chatty. Nothing but good things to say!

My partner has been going here for years and took me along to an appointment, and I will never go back to my previous chiropractor! This is the best treatment I've ever had. Dr. Serrick is incredible, and the receptionists are friendly, even the security doorman on the main floor is welcoming! If you're looking for an LGBT+ friendly office, do yourself a favour and check this place out.

I began going to Back in Balance three years ago because of shoulder and back problems stemming from volleyball and presumably my office job having me sit most of the day. The staff were attentive and asked well directed questions when I described my issues. The massage and chiropractic treatments were able to provide relief from the various aches and pains in my shoulder, back, and neck. I was also given home exercises and stretches I could do to help deal with the issues in the long term. I appreciated that the providers worked together to help me permanently fix my issues as opposed to just

Shout out to Dr. Lisa Clarke! This place is awesome. I wasn't sure what to expect at first because I'd never visited a chiropractor before, but I've had nothing but positive experiences with this team. The techniques they use incorporate massage and exercises you can do on your own time, and they're sparing with the adjustments, only targeting the areas that are necessary. I trust that I'm not being sold treatments that I don't need; the fee is also charged directly to my insurance company, which is really convenient. My partner also went in for some lingering back pain, had the pain resolved in

Visited here a couple times over a few weeks for a shoulder and neck pain issue that was caused by working too hard at the gym. Dr. Lisa Clarke worked with me. The assessment, massage, stretch, and adjustments were all completely pain free -- I was even laughing after each adjustment. She is also very friendly. I also really like the fact they can directly bill my insurance. I will definitely come back, I am very pleased and thankful for the service.
