Always have great service here. We usually deal with Jeanne and she is always fantastic. This last time we dealt with Kami and she was great. Our last service here was actually initiated by a text reminder that my husbands truck hadn't been in for about 6 months and they were offering a winter package. As it turned out my husband was getting ready to do an oil change anyway, and decided to take it in to get the winter package done. They picked it up from his work and while it was in the shop they found that the vacuum pump was leaking. We got it replaced and they dropped the truck back off to him

I agree with others - all good when buying - service department sucks. From a waiting room experience with employees walking around without masks, to a minor issue (tacking up plastic plate under truck) that had to be dealt with several times since they didn't really fix it, then, the last straw, today when I stopped in (as they suggest on their on… hold recordings) to get my wipers looked at they dismissed me and just said that they are too busy. I don't expect them to drop everything, but maybe just even try to get it looked at, or even just not be so dismissive.

When my wife and I were looking for a new vehicle, we didn't know exactly what we wanted. Grant Shaw at Sherwood Ford was more than accommodating and helpful when we test drove vehicles and we test drove a lot. There was no hesitation from Grant, he would get the vehicle we wanted to try and there was absolutely no pressure. It was a great experience! Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Grant when purchasing a new F150. He was very patient with us, went through all the options, and gave us ample time to figure things out with no sales pressure or tactics. I was not "sold" a vehicle but rather I was helped in making a good decision. I appreciated his knowledge of towing capabilities as well, as other sales people I have talked to tend to overestimate a vehicle's capabilities in this regard. Overall a very good experience.

Grant made purchasing my new vehicle effortless and we had it all done in one day. Grant went out of his way to send a video of the car I was interested in which saved me a lot of time, but also piqued my interest in actually going in and buying it. Be warned! Everything seems like fun and games when your buying. The sales representatives Blatantly lie to your face for you to miss the fine print. The service department will screw you every opportunity they have ! And the warranty you think you have will never be what you thought you were sold. Stay away !

However, the communication between departments isn't there at all, when I came in for my detail they didn't know what they were doing in my detail. I had come in a few days before the detail to make sure everything was worked out and when I was speaking to somebody about it they didn't even know I was supposed to get a detail In the first place which is out of place as they detail every vehicle before it leaves their lot. When I picked my truck up these are just a few of the things I noticed in the photos that weren't touched at all. Not

Recently purchased a truck from this dealership. Came all the way from Vancouver as they have the best selection of trucks. They were kind enough to reimburse me for my 2 night hotel expenses and gave me a $100 gas card for my trip back home. Great experience purchasing a pre-owned F150 from Grant Shaw at Sherwood Ford. One of the best vehicle buying experiences that I've had. Definitely recommend dealing with Grant - great guy, knowledgable and low pressure. He even helped me out when I forgot my licence plate when picking up my new truck. :-) Rest of the staff at the dealership was friendly as well.

I took my Edge to Sherwood Ford because the rear-view mirror was shaking and while trying to remove it they took a big chunk out the windshield. They lied and told me it was hanging off when they got the vehicle, so I'm not sure how a giant chunk of glass came out when they took it off. They also tried to hide the fact that they damaged it by telling me they just didn't have adhesive strong enough to attach it back on, and would be sending it to a windshield shop to get it put back on. This is my first time buying experience at Sherwood Park Ford. As a local business owner I also want to support local businesses and it was clear from the start that this was the best place to put my money. Everyone treated me with respect and Warren Harding helped me get the deal I needed without delay. We had a couple of hiccups, but nothing that wasn't fixed right away. Absolutely terrible Stealership. Bought a "Demo" model F-150 that their Sales manager Nick and one for their sales men, Adel, assured me the Vehicle was like new. They told me it was driven to and from the dealership by one of their managers for a little under a year but it was in perfect condition. What a load of crap! First they were supposed to have the Vehicle detailed (rock chips filled in) when I picked it up they didn't. There was a gap in the rear passenger door handle that they were supposed to get looked at before delivery - they didn't. I had to bring it back 2 times

Not reviewing a purchase of vehicle, but rather for vehicle servicing. Advised to book in advance even though quick service doesn't require appointment. It's great that they are open on Saturdays. Just needed the basic quick service: oil change, tire rotation & fluid check. Was appalled that the price quote was roughly $500, however, that was not an issue since I had purchased a maintenance package when I bought the vehicle which covered that cost.
I do like how the service centre is the same location as the quick service... that's a major improvement from trying to find parking

I purchased from them when they where HEALEY FORD in Edmonton and surprise surprise they sold me what they called a new car 2008 Ford Focus at full price . And guess what they sold me a car that had fallen off the car carrier fixed it and sold it as new to me at full price. They realized what they did to me and said they would upgrade me and give me a new 2009 focus loaded at no extra cost! Guess what they charged me more money and there service was like we sold you the car go away now! Poor ran business who are shifty as hell! You almost have to do a carfax on anything you buy from them. The owner

Visited here a couple of times before buying our truck. Had a great experience and got exactly what we wanted. The sales staff (Ace) was great to deal with and everyone was very friendly.
Spent a lot of time in the finance department with Sharbel, another employee that is great to deal with. He has taken care of everything from our finance to our registration and insurance. Friendly and seems to really care about his clients.
Only downside is the length of time it takes from beginning to end...about 5 hours but I think thats somewhat normal from my past experiences at dealerships.
