Dealt with this company a few times through CAA. Every time they have been very professional.
Recently I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner of the company when my car died on the side of the road on a cold night. He had me hooked up and on the way on the way in a few minutes. Thanks for the exceptional service.

Whomever was driving today around 7:15pm on the 403 with plates BC 54700 was doing a madness on the road. I had to write this review because you guys have dangerous drivers. Why would you cut in front of me with little to no space, and brake right after cutting in front of me? The roads are wet and it’s raining where are you in a rush to? All that and you still wound up behind me. I didn’t know tow truck drivers were taking part in causing accidents. If an accident occurred I wouldn’t use your services that’s for damn sure. Take some courses on driving safely! FFS! I feel like reporting

Used their towing service and spoke to Angela. She was incredibly rude, and would not provide evidence of half of the charges I was receiving. She hung up the call 2/3 times I called, and held my car unnecessarily due to their own negligence. Because of this, I had to wait two extra days to get my car and they charged my an extra $130 for this. Fees like "debris cleanup" for $65 when I made sure to clean everything that came off of the car and out of the car back in. I asked if I could get something important out of my car and they wouldn't even let me do this without payment. The total bill was

My car was totaled in a weather related head on collision yesterday. I was lucky to be alive and very shook up. BW towing came quickly and transported my smashed car and myself. The driver was the owner and extremely kind to me. I was able to calm down even though I was in a truck in bad weather conditions. He spoke about his family to me. Very personable gentle man. Today his wife let me in to the compound to retrieve my belongings after hours. It took a long to for me to empty the car. She never complained and she let me pet her dog. This is what is missing in the world. Genuine people.

I arrived to the wrong parking location (in Caledon close to Canadian trail) before my car was towed. I told the policeman and the towing operator that it was not the right to make me pay the total towing fee of 150 CAD. They did not listen to me and I had to pay. According to the law I have to pay the half of the fee. Although we are under great pressure because of the cover 19 some people are trying to take advantage of it. Please be careful ...
