If you would like a no-contact pickup, call when you arrive and we will bring the order out to your vehicle in the parking lot! We also offer twice weekly delivery through MrsGrocery for all our baked goods and salads.

Lora-Lee had the idea for an accessible, affordable, and healthy cafe in her mind for quite some time. Her first priority was making everything taste great - if it didn't taste great, it didn't make the menu! New items were always tested by staff first, tweaked if necessary, and then tested by a few regular customers to provide feedback.
Egg, spinach & ricotta frittata rounds with fresh lettuce and tomato served in a whole wheat ciabatta wrap. Two rounds of our egg, spinach & ricotta frittata on a bed of fresh lettuce and tomato served with a quinoa hot cake on the side. Zesty vegan scramble with chopped fresh tomatoes and green onions served in a zero trans fat & cholesterol free whole wheat 10 wrap.

Nice little place. Very friendly Not a fan of vegan baking but decided to try it anyways. If you are vegan you will love it. If you aren't there are things you will like. I found their chocolate moose bar bland with a weird aftertaste but moist with good texture. Their raisin brand muffin was excellent. Very moist and flavourful. Could easily eat 2 or 3 quite happily. I like supporting local little bakeries so I will probably pop in again.

Healthy oasis located in the North end of Waterloo. Perfect option for a peaceful place to enjoy your breafast or lunch. The Healthy Owl combines the warmth of a cozy country coffee shop with the fine smells of an European bakery cafe cuisine. Spotless clean, lots of natural light, kind service, and very relaxing ambient music completes the experience. Most important, here you can find good coffee, awesome snacks treats and delicious lunch options.

Absolutely love The Healthy Owl! I used them for a week long catering at work for breakfast, lunch & dessert. For these caterings we had people with every dietary restriction under the sun, thankfully The… healthy owl could accommodate to every need! They provided labels on the food so everyone knew what was gluten free, vegan etc. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about the taste of the food provided. Also, the staff are super friendly and pleasurable to do business with 🙂 Can't wait to work with you guys again!
