Services
Court action in family court is mostly adversarial in nature and is very emotionally taxing for our clients. We always strive to settle issues with the opposite party in the best interests of our clients and pursuant to their wishes. However, at all times, we work closely with our clients to prepare for trials on all issues if settlement negotiations are not successful.
