I am new to Kingston and was looking for a lawyer to help me with some business franchisee documents. I called multiple places; I left messages and sent emails to call me back. I understand with the pandemic that things are hectic and busy, but, the ONLY place that got back to me (almost immediately) was Cunningham Swan Carty Little & Bonham LLP.

David Munday represented us on multiple real estate matters. The latest file involved a tenant situation that was quite challenging. David provided sound advice and guidance through the process and helped us reach a resolution.
He presented options in a straightforward manner and helped us navigate the complexities of the Landlord Tenant Act.
