I was referred to Dr. Tom by my dentist in the hopes of receiving a wire retainer for minor tooth realignment. After explicitly stating I did not want Invisalign, I was quoted $1200 for a wire retainer and paid $200 for a 3D scan. At a third appointment, which ended up being a second consultation, I was shown Invisalign options / timelapse of how the trays would work, thinking I'd be receiving my wire retainer, after having already stated that Invisalign was not the route I wanted to take.
I ultimately ended up going to a different orthodontist whose treatment plan was the same and quote was significantly

Dr Tom & his entire team are absolutely fantastic. I have been seeing them for a few years and I can genuinely they care about my smile. They are accommodating of my schedule and so patient. His office so clean and they have so many safety protocols in place. Coming in a a young adult with really bad teeth, I really never thought I would smile with my teeth in pictures, but I can truly say that it’s bc of Dr Tom and his team and I am more confident and I truly can’t stop smiling !! Highly recommend!!

Our experience with Dr. Tom has been absolutely wonderful! Dr. Tom and staff are very professional, friendly and accommodating. My son has been seeing him since 2020 and is receiving treatment for his overbite and also braces. Our daughter is also scheduled to see him in the near future as well. We recommend Dr. Tom! 😀

Dr. Tom and his team continue to provide an excellent service despite COVID-19. This is by far the cleanest dental office I have stepped into; you can tell Dr. Tom and his team really care about the environment they work in. The COVID-19 protocols in place are one of the best I have seen.

Dr.Tom has been my orthodontist for years. He is friendly and easygoing! Also an amazing doctor! His staff are lovely and welcoming. The office is always clean. During the pandemic, they were very cautious, cleanly and did their best to make sure all patients had their needs met. I highly recommend!
