They are experts in laying hardwood floors. Making sure our floors were level for the new wood. We cannot express how happy we are! Highly recommend to anyone! 5 star!! <3

We changed our carpet floor with engineered hardwood floor from basement to 2nd floor with Absolutely Floored.
Beside the fact they have quite competitive pricing, they did an excellent job for us! The owner Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and available for us whenever we have questions. Even though we had a project manager assigned to us, he did a weekly personal follow-up with us to keep us informed about the work progress. His floor installer Andrei and his team are skilled floor installer and communication with them was easy and friendly. I and my wife are strongly recommending Absolutely

I used Absolutely Floored to install flooring in my condo and they helped me pick out the perfect combination of laminate and carpet that not only looked amazing but was also a great price. Before moving into our new home we enlisted Absolutely Floored to redo our main floor with vinyl (pictures of in-store sample then final product - obvs lighting is different) and carpet for the stairs and loft.
We dealt with Tanner in sales, who made the process easy. He listened to what we were looking for, our lifestyle and made some amazing suggestions that we are so happy with!!
The vinyl contractor Michael was very easy to work with and did a fantastic job installing the new flooring and making our new home ready to move in!
The carpet contractor was good as well with the installation itself

While big box stores offer a large selection of materials and services for homeowners, local specialty stores like Absolutely Floored offer more industry leading products with better personal service. Value, not price wins every time for me.
That being said, after checking online reviews about the "Best Flooring stores" nearby our Burnaby townhouse, my wife and I made our choice: based on numerous high ratings and excellent Better Business Bureau approval, it had to be Absolutely Floored in Coquitlam.

I had a great Experience working with Steve at Absolutely floored. Its nice having a flooring PROFESSIONAL to work with. Steve's knowledgeable service helped me select a great quality floor with good value. He worked around my schedule to plan installation. Now here is the great part, the installers were on time, they did a great job and finished under schedule!

I am not in any way shape or form what you would call an expert in the renovation world so A friend of mine recommended that I check out Absolutely Floored. The moment I walked in I was greeted and shown around their gigantic show room by one of the owners.
The staff there were very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and then stepped me through it. I picked out a few samples that I loved and started to get excited that I could soon start checking things off the list. I would definitely go back.
