She is informative, responds to my calls and questions almost immediately, offers me options and suggestions that are tailored to my life. I have recommended her to my family and friends. So far my experience with Toole Peet Insurance has been a complete disappointment. I request a simple quote for residential insurance a month ago and nothing yet. One of their business specialist named Courtney Hawthorne contacted me asking for additional information stating they are busy. No updates. It seems like they don't want my business. For me this is a flag. You don't want to deal with an unresponsive insurance broke when you are in need to file a claim. I am taking my business somewhere else.

I have been a client of Toole Peet for over 15 years & along the way I have had several agents handling my file. Alyssa Stewart has been my current agent for over 5 years. I have only met her a couple times but every conversation has a personal touch added to the professional handling of my insurance needs. It's like talking with a friend on the phone.
