We had a leak. Danny was super professional and helpful in every way. Did the bare minimum amount of damage necessary (12ft lath and plaster ceiling) to reveal and diagnose the problem, reviewed our options with us – and cleaned up afterward.

Dane came out and unclogged my kitchen sink. He was very professional and explained every step of the way of what needed to be done in order to clear the blockage. He cleared the back-up and I no longer have a blockage! He was quick, efficient and was very clean. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend Dane!

Danny came on time, he is a very pleasant young man. Explained what he was going to do and what the price is. He used the snake to unclog my pipes and afterwards showed me that the water was draining from the sink normally. I am pleased with the service I received and would use this company again.

I highly recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to anyone in need. I phoned about a backed up sink, and within the same day my problem was solved. Not only was I kept up to date about the arrival time, but when George (the plumber) arrived it as nothing but smooth sailing. George was very friendly, and even offered some tips on how to better take care of our drain. I really appreciate his help. I will definitely call New Canadian next time I have need for a plumber.

Luckily I haven't needed a plumber for too many emergencies, but when I do, I always call these folks. They are always fast, clean, affordable and friendly. The office staff are super friendly and when Tony came to fix my plumbing problem he was super fantastic. Nice guy, explained what I needed to get done and was awesome in every way.

Don't use them if you have a relatively simple job. They charged $650 for a job that took 1.5 hrs because they charge fixed rates. If it's a complex job, the pricing system may work in your favour, but in my case it amounted o paying over $400 an hour.
They originally quoted me $350, but the price went up to $650 because it was a 3" pipe instead… of a 1.5" pipe. That seems a bit much to me. The pricing was upfront, but I didn't have the time to call around for quotes. I called them because they did a great job on my basement last year. Next time, I will call anyone else except them.

Great same day services, up front pricing, licensed and experienced plumbers. Great customer service from the girls in the office, to the technician which went to my parents home. They had a back up in their basement, the technician came quickly and made them feel comfortable. He explained everything that he was going to do before he started working.

New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd did plumbing repair in my home, during which time my LED Smart TV was irreparably damaged. They then refused to pay for any damages or replacement. The plumbers moved it on its stand to do pipe replacement in living room wall, and they witnessed it clearly working before they moved it. After the work was… completed my partner and I patched the drywall that had to be opened. When we went to move stand and set back, the TV screen had a huge splintered crack across it. We took photos of the damage naturally assuming the New Canadian Drain and Plumbing's insurance
