Plugged Piper is Your Hamilton and Burlington Source for Drain Clearing, Snaking, and Repair. Great service, quality work and a skilled workforce can be hard to come by when looking for commercial, industrial and residential drain cleaners, and it's even harder to believe that you can have all these qualities in one business.
We locate your drain system and easily detect all damage and blockages, using our CCTV inspection system. CCTV Inspection uses video surveillance to monitor your drain, determines the exact cause of your issue and highlights the best way to efficiently solve the problem. It's also a great way for you, as a homeowner, to really understand what is going on with your sewer.
The common Canadian homeowner faced an average water damage claim of over $15,000 in 2012. Many of these claims derive from water drains that were damaged, broken, or clogged. Consequently, avoiding these problems will inevitably meet these costs, so don't allow a clogged or damaged drain to cause you more trouble than it needs to!
A backwater valve is designed to protect your basement by preventing sanitary sewage from invading your basement drains. This is helpful because without a backwater valve, sewage water can simply leak in your basement through openings such as tubs, toilets, showers, and sinks. This can cause property damage worth thousands of dollars.
The performance lateral liner system is a one-of-a-kind, cured in-place process (CIPP) that allows for the liner to be placed anywhere in the pipe by inverting through a cleanout. The liner can be directed in place either upstream or downstream using the LMK patented guide shoe. With LMK's Lateral system, renewing lateral pipes is a simple no-dig process because the entire installation can be completed through a cleanout.

We used plugged piper as part of the city of Hamilton's rebate for backwater valve installation, as well as the rough in for our bathroom in the same location. Sherry, Roy and their staff were all very professional, punctual, and ensured that the job was done to a high standard. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Roy very much to his credit looked beyond my complaint and offered some insight into what it 'could be'. The broken lateral sewer line needing a liner and the anti-backup value is a pretty simple solution to some common problems. The risk of a more general storm sewer problem is another thing, that I am happy to have Roy sort it out. If it goes south, I'll comment but I'm glad he's on the job! I have positive expectations!

We had Roy come and give us a quote to line our sewer pipe under the City of Hamiltons Sewer program because we have tree roots growing in our main pipe and its a public tree. His quote came in the cheapest to do the job so the city approved them as our contractor for this job. We booked our appt. Had it rescheduled because their equipment went… down (no big deal, totally understand this happens), rebooked the appt. Scheduled the day off work, sent my rescue dogs to daycare, the guys showed up an hour late, but we were thankful the job was getting done. That is until they walked off the
