Came in to repair a leak and immediately noticed how the work was done incorrectly by the previous owner. Had everything resolved quickly and also gave some other advice about minor issues noticed in the same area. Also didn't charge extra to come on the weekend

Originally, Brian's team came out as part of my contractor's team to finish our basement with a three piece bathroom and a wetbar. We were very pleased with their work, always punctual and finished according to the plan and was easy going and willing to help out with any issues. More recently, we urgently needed someone to help us out as we had a leak in our kitchen sink. My pipes froze due to cold weather and I had no hot or cold water. After another plumber wasn't able to resolve the problem I called Brian and he came the same day. Brian found where the problem was happening and came up with a solution to fix it. He was able to thaw my pipes and I finally had running water. I appreciate how prompt and professional he was which showed me he cared about making sure I was taken care of.

We needed a plumber to install a sink and dishwasher. We called several in the area who either didn't reply, refused the work or didn't get back to us. Then we found MacRory plumbing. Brian replied to our massage. He came to look at the job. He even sent a quote by text as he had promised to do. When we were ready for the job to be done, he set a date and came on time. He was very well organized. He was tidy and showed concern for our property and keeping everything clean. Brian is polite, honest and straightforward. Brian is now our go-to and will be the only Plumber we contact in the future.
