Went in there today to fix an issue caused by system update. Friendly and competent staff! Sarah took care of the main issue and stayed late to fix some driver issues also caused by the update. Great service!!!!!

Took my Mac in to see why it wasn’t working properly. Sarah fixed my issue and was able to pinpoint it right away. Not only that but I told her in passing I deleted a bunch of files to free up space and she was able to recover them. She gave me some solid tips too about how to avoid these issues in the future. I did not expect such amazing service… as I had been on the phone with Apple for several hrs a day for 7 straight days and spoke to four different people and they couldn’t figure it out and created more problems in the meantime. Very grateful, thank you!

Was looking for a special audio TRS 3.5 mm patch cable for a new Wireless Microphone to plug to an iPhone. Was pleasantly surprised to know when we stop at the store, they had one available and it was less expensive than Amazon.
Great service; and prices are fare. Shop small / shop local.
