Services
HHCC provides an array of medical and surgical services on both an outpatient and inpatient basis. We also offer Emergency services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are proud to be Accredited with Exemplary Standing by Accreditation Canada. Our team of highly trained nurses, doctors and other health professionals, along with our volunteers make every effort to ensure your time at HHCC as comfortable as possible.
We know that spending time in the hospital can be a stressful experience, filled with much uncertainty, unfamiliar surroundings and concern for your own or a loved one's health. Our staff and volunteers are committed to helping you navigate your time with us in the most comfortable and professional way possible.
HHCC is serviced by Route 79 - Green on the Orangeville Transit System, which is fully accessible. There is an Orangeville Transit System bus stop located outside the general area of the main entrance of the hospital. Transit services are provided Monday to Friday from 7:15AM - 8:45PM and Saturday 7:15AM - 6:15PM.
We do not have specific or restricted visiting hours. Some nursing units and individual patients may have certain restrictions based on their care needs. You will mainly find this on our Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department or during labor and birth. Please check with the nursing station if you have any questions about this.
There are two parking lots for patients and visitors to use; one next to the Emergency Department entrance and one next to the main entrance. Signs on Rolling Hills Drive will direct you to whichever once you would like to use. Designated parking spaces for Dialysis patients are available in the parking lot next to the main entrance.

This hospital is just a joke. 2 patients in the hospital and wait time 5 hours. We took 5 months old baby to ER and there is no one to look at for 5 hours. This hospital should be shut down instead so at least people do not get harassed. I hope there was an option to give zero star. This place needs to be investigated.

One of the worst hospitals I’ve ever had to experience.
They are not properly trained on how to deal with mental health patients. Not only did the nurse (with the number they provided us with) yell at me over the phone then proceeded to hang up on me, when I was finally able to get a hold of someone else she made up the excuse of saying hold ill give you a call back I never received a call back.
(not taking my name or number and assuming they probably receive hundreds of calls to the same line it would be impossible to find my number and call me back)
When it came time to transferring my brother

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If you value your life in any way, go to another hospital.
The staff ( what is left of them) are incompetent and do not how to care for people needing hospital care. The vaccine mandate for visitors and staff alike are discriminatory and disgusting. Loved ones not able to be at the bedside of sick family members or to see their babies being brought into this world. They have many junior staff working in high level positions who do not know how to run a hospital. You will be worse off by going here for any type of treatment. Go somewhere else where they hire more competent staff

After seeing two different doctors, chiro, physio suffering pain for months the doctor and assistant here were outstanding.
Pain free and feeling so much better with no chiro or physio within a couple of days.
THANKYOU so much for the great care!

No ER. You can't call this an ER. 6 patients ahead and waited for 8 hours. Only one doctor in the hospital between 8pm and 8am. A joke. Nothing to do with COVID. 4 security guards though, ready to send you home if you voice your disappointment. This shows the attitude. ER deserves no star but there is no option for that.

What ever happend to the nurse who was stealing vaccines for her family members. ???????????Shame on you headwaters and shame on our goverement for NOT auditting/investigating this place. Short on staff and the proper medical supplies. Headwaters check out stand4thee.com would like to also note all the positive reviews are from staff employees not the public. 80 positions for HIRE.... That wont affect the patients if you ask. Our tax DOLLAR HARD AT WORK. Want

This is the most horrendous, unethical and disgusting hospital I've been to. The nurses are rude, dismissive and couldn't care less for their patients. The Doctors are even worse and are a disgrace to their profession and a disgrace to humanity. Never go to the hospital, ever. I've never seen anything this horrible in my life. There should be an investigation into the people and practices at Headwaters. Pure evil. I would give them -100 Stars. Awful, just awful. Shame on headwaters.

Learn how to triage!! A person with a cut on their finger who needs stitches is not an emergency and can go to a walk in clinic. A child with an ear infection? Same thing...walk in clinic. A person laying on the floor crying and vomiting with abdominal pain is higher in the triage priority. They do not understand how this works at this hospital. You will sit in that waiting room and watch perfectly fine people go in ahead of you. If you dare ask the nurse about this you will get huge attitude.
Just go somewhere else. Not worth it.

Worst hospital I have ever been too! Went there to give birth and the nurses did not know how to do their job! They couldn’t find a vein, poking me 5 times with a needle before finally getting the doctor to do it. Than the nurse was trying to move me not being careful she broke the IV needle inside my arm. I had to Covid test done which they stuck so far up my nose I have never experienced anything more painful and I had Covid test done before nothing like this! I experienced more pain before giving birth than the birth itself. I should have just stayed home!
Few months later I go there again

Worst nursing I ever see or experience in Canada. I had an operation September 7, the doctor amazing, the Anastasia doctor was so nice in explaining every thing, all the operation nurses and recovery room was very nice. Then I admitted to D wing room 450 the nurses there has no compassion heart even if they can't help with your pain at least show some compassion but was none instead they're so mean and don't want to help for example I asked one of the nurses named Melina I asked her in need help while trying to walk because I fell dizzy with the pain relief and I'm afraid to fall but her answer
