The first Bing's Restaurant opened in 1970 in the Stony Plain location. Our beloved father and grandfather, Bing Choy, started up this family based business with his wife and 6 children. The original Spruce Grove location opened in 1975, and expanded to this new location in 1996. For over 40 years, the Spruce Grove location has been serving Spruce Grove, Parkland County, Edmonton and surrounding communities.

Bing's Family Restaurant and Lounge aims to provide you fresh and flavourful cuisine. We use only the freshest ingredients. All our savoury sauces are made from our own kitchen. We prepare all of our fresh meats in-house such as our veal cutlets, stuffed chicken, and our notorious home-made burgers.

I have been going to Bings for the last 30 years. The food is always fresh and always delicious. Heather in the lounge is amazing and knows my order off heart. I have to say that they have the cleanest kitchen and restaurant of anywhere I have even been. I will continue to support them every chance I get.

We have always loved Bings in Spruce Grove! It’s our family’s go to spot for Chinese Food. It wasn’t until a few years ago that I met Amy Choy! My first experience was when she graciously donated to my igloo grade 2 giving back project. Since then I have watched her donate and support so many local businesses. Today is no different. We have always loved eating at Bing's in Spruce Grove. The food is fresh and delicious. The owner Amy is incredible, you will never leave unhappy. She also gives back to her community in big ways! When I was teaching grade 2 she saw a "giving back" project I was doing and jumped right in. That was my first encounter with her. The food is absolutely fantastic in my opinion. The service is exceptional. Kudos to Karen, one of the best servers I've had. I live in West Edmonton but would gladly Drive the 20 minutes to Spruce Grove to enjoy their delicious food.

I have had the good fortune to stumble across Bing’s for the first time about 30 years ago. During the past 3 decades the food and quality has never changed. If you love copious amounts of the best Chinese food known to man, then this is the place! And if you notice that you are treated like family, don’t be surprised as that’s just the normal standard.

Bings came highly recommended as the “Chinese food” place in Spruce Grove. I ordered over the phone and was impressed with the selection for sure. I stopped in and picked up food due to Covid-19 concerns and took it home. The customer service at Bings was great and very friendly. When I opened The food was alright, I wouldn’t say it was the best for sure or competing for the best. Both the shrimp and chicken balls were soaked in oil, the sweet and sour pork was unseasoned and the fries rice could have used some seasoning as well. Bings is friendly, efficient and a clean restaurant. We live in Edmonton and we come in to Spruce Grove to enjoy this food, it's amazing! Our meal was: peach shrimp, spring rolls (8piece), beef and vegetables, chicken fried rice and pineapple chicken balls. Mmmm, it was delicious.
