Not a good option for lunch. Went here with 4 others for lunch. There were only three lunch menu options which none of us were interested in. The menu is set up differently, you can only buy a large size portion and you have to buy your meal in large individual portions getting pretty pricy. This made having a quick lunch impossible. We were the only ones there for lunch and It took 35 mins for the food to be ready unfortunately taking up our whole lunch so we didn't get to eat the food we spent an arm and a leg on and spent half an hour waiting for. It would be nice if they offered smaller portions

Food was not the best just average. The catch is they post discounts on their adds and do not pass on the discounts. When you check on the bill you end up paying the full amount. Cost advertised actually charged are different. Will never go to this place again.

I went there today for lunch based on Google Reviews. I was very disappointed with the service and food. The waitress was not welcoming when we entered the restaurant . The body language was like " Why are you here now?"
Ordered Onion masala Dosa and Paneer Palak Dosa. The dosa was made of Instant Dosa mix ( not fermented Batter ). Not crispy and almost zero oil. Palak paneer masala was 70% potato with paneer here and there . Remaining was boiled spinach with not taste. One thing that was exceptional was the Sambhar . My wife wasted half of the food.

The vegan chicken was so convincing I called in thinking they had put real meat in by mistake!
Great food, reasonable prices, excellent customer service and they take their vegan orders very seriously! Would highly recommend.

One of the best Indian foods in the city, after going Nosh I can't go back. Butter chicken is perfect and my kids are obsessed with their chili chicken. Never have been disappointed

We ordered Naan as a treat. I ate 3 bites of the naan and then bit onto something very hard, I possibly chipped my tooth! I will be going to visit the dentist today. I bit down onto an open staple that was in… the dough of the Naan! I am so disappointed and disgusted with the lack of response from your north end location, in response to this event. I truly hope there was only one staple in the few bites I had actually swallowed as this could lead to severe issues if an open staple is consumed! I will not be eating here again, and will be letting everyone know that has happened. This type

We both tried the $16 all day combo which gives you a curry, salad, rice, naan & dessert.

You get more meat with the lamb vs the chicken when side by side. The chana masala is perfectly seasoned - I'm not generally a fan & I devoured this one! The naan was made fresh to order and was crispy and chewy. Portion size is good for lunch or a smaller dinner.

Note: pass on the $2 veggie samosa & the very sweet chai.

I have been coming to this restaurant for awhile now and has become my favourite. However, on my last visit the fries we received were badly burned. I don’t know what they meant by this. Very disappointed as we arrived home with the order.

Had food here yesterday and I was astonished by the quality, when it arrived at our table it left my mouth watering not to mention as I entered, The authentic aromatic spices I could smell enhanced my experience immensely. We ordered the Butter Chicken, and Vegetable Korma and the garlic naan and it was way better than I expected (and my expectations were really high). Service was also phenomenal, we felt welcomed and all of our requests were met. Had the best Indian food of my life(I’ve tried many Indian restaurants here). This place is such a hidden gem and I will be returning for sure, 10

This may be unexpected, but this place has the best chicken wings I've ever had in my life. You have to try the butter chicken wings! They will rival any pub or wing joint out there!
I also love their palak paneer, dal tadka and chicken tikka. Amazing food. My favourite Indian restaurant in the city!

Our new go to Indian place on the north side 🤤
I give them 5 stars for excellent overall experience!! I was greeted by the cashier/owner as soon as I entered & he’s very friendly. Even got a free chai latte… while waiting for my food 👌
Great pricing, great menu, food tastes great & HUGE portions. I bought Paneer/potato dosa and paneer combo & they were only about $13-14 each!
Highly highly recommend!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Saw this pop up as new on skip the dishes, so decided to give it a try for lunch today.

Everything was very tasty, and packaged very well. Care was taken to ensure my beverage arrived safely.

I requested for the Daal to be extra hot, but I feel like it was not. It was still flavourful and hit the spot.

The saffron rice seemed like they ran out of saffron rice and mixed it with regular white rice but that's okay haha. Unless that's just how it is, I don't know; I'm no expert. But I haven't seen it where only some of the rice is the yellow colour before.

Ordered from NOSH( time customer) tonight. Food was tasty, but the vegan ‘Butter Chicken’ was too sweet and contained no ‘soy chicken’. The portions were small - barely enough for two people. Considering the $60+ ($6 for the mini chocolate cake), with no rice, this meal was not worth it at all. Disappointed. 😟

I’ve been going to this place for 8 years before it moved to 124th street. Verma and Krishna are very friendly but more importantly the food is excellent and consistent. I bet I’ve eaten here 100 times. Make… sure you order directly from them and pick it up. The online delivery charges restaurant 30%!!!
update: these guys continue to provide the best service and food. can’t say enough positive things

There was no health precautions in place with covid going on.. the waiter was mia throughout most of the 2 hours we were there. there was non workers going behind the bar. the only good thing I can say about this place , is that the food was good

Glad that Nosh Cafe has now opened in the north Edmonton. Food is amazing. Must try Tandoori Chicken Wrap and Vegetable biryani. Service is great!
