I'd highly recommend Mike at pitt river auto to everyone. His cost on parts and labour is untouchable! The last repair he did was significantly less than what he originally quoted. It's very rare to find a mechanic/shop this honest.

Mike graciously fit me in on a busy Saturday for an emergency repair. I was visiting from out of town and had no idea who to call. Based on reviews and location, I took a chance with Pitt River Auto Service and was so thankful for their prompt, professional service. Mike explained the problem and accurately estimated costs. I highly recommend Pitt River Auto for excellent service. Mike took in my car quickly, gave me a thorough breakdown of what my repairs needed to be as well as an estimated cost. The repairs were done promptly, the warranties were explained to me and Mike charged me only half price for some of the repairs and even discounted some of his labour costs to try to keep close to his original estimate! He went above and beyond what I expected as I anticipated paying more for all the work that was required! Thank you, Mike for your generosity and hard work. The car is running great!
