I have had 2 reputable dealerships look at the RV Hub City sold me, and they both concur that with the roof issues, and the leaking water system (among many other issues, like an broken awning, and electrical outlets that don't function), that it should never have been guaranteed by a registered Dealer. By law, they did not disclose several issues, and if I had the time, I would have held them legally accountable.

One of my staff bought a trailer from Hub City RV. They said throughout the whole sales process that it was a minor fixer upper with a small area of the floor needing repair from water damage. When we opened up the floor, it was a sopping wet mess and the rot extended throughout the entire trailer from front bedroom to rear bathroom. The area under the kitchen cabinets was basically wet dust. Multiple ant colonies were living in the ceiling and it was basically a hidden write off.

My best friend is very ill and stuck in the US. He gave me power of attorney to sell his RV and I negotiated in person and on the phone with Manager\Owner Gord Bragg only to be met late on Friday afternoon with a cheque and bill of sale for a lesser amount. When I disputed this was told take it or leave it and as I had already hired power washers to clean up accepted the deal. I wish I could rate this deal with negative stars!

I stopped in last week at 430, they were closed... Their advertised hours are that they close at 5.
I communicated with them via their FB page saying that but I would try again (becauseI could never get a call through). I told them I might be there near closing time but wanted to talk to a salesman.
I was in the area at 4:45, called to say I was coming in and I might be there in the nick of time. The guy who answered the phone said the salesman just drove away, he wasn't calling him back and that he was shutting the gate at 4:45.

If I could have put Zero stars I would have. I called 3 weeks ago to book a service, I was told my Gord that its busy but bring it down at the end of the month and it will be looked after. I asked 3 times, If I just bring it down without booking an appointment and was assured it will be fine.
Call up 3 weeks later to confirm I would be ok to drop it off, I was told that he was too busy as he sold too many Trailers. He was expecting business to slow down, but it hasn't. So now they cant service my Trailer. Waited 3 weeks when I would have gone somewhere else.

Many times they have worked on my 5th wheel, lots of brake and bearing jobs as I used my unit for work. Always spot on with the job and price. Best fix tho was on a long weekend, we just pulled out the drive way and the trailer plug wrapped around the hitch and ripped out, I called Gord about 30 mins before closing. They stayed late and got us fixed up and on the road real fast. I had lots of other stuff done and I was never dissatisfied with work. Its been over 5 years service.

Boy did we ever learn our lesson when we bought a motorhome there. They did a so called safety inspection however the first trip out our fridge went. We were then told it had been leaking ammonia for quite a while. When we looked at it at the lot there was cool air blowing out the cab area air conditioner. We were told it takes a few minutes to get cold. On our trip couldnt get any cold air. Took it in to another place told the air conditioner had never been hooked up. Never believe what you're told from them. I know; our fault for believing what we were told. Not worth 1 star. After paying out

This place was amazing!
We had just purchased a camping trailer on the island, and were making our way back to the mainland that evening. We wanted to make sure that the electrical worked so the signals and brakes showed up for driving in Vancouver. We had purchased an adapter that didnt work...so they were able to cut and splice in order to make magic happen for us.
I called them up and they quickly squeezed us in, among their other jobs. They were done in 45 minutes and had us back on the road safely...all signal lights working, brake lights working, etc. They did it quickly, and with no complaints
