Great customer service...like always; that's why I keep coming back.
I live in Squamish; and travel to North Vancouver for my appointment every time because of the friendly and professional service level that I don't get from the opticians in Squamish.

I arrived early, before my appointment, sat for 20 min in waiting area passed my schedule eye exam time. What's the point of making an appointment? I missed time off work for this?! Big thumbs down, not impressed.

My eye exam went very well. The staff at Vision Optometry were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Akbar Hakimzadeh was knowledgeable, and kind. I appreciated that he took his time to answer all my questions. I will return for my next visit and will happily recommend to my friends and family.

The exams were done efficiently by a friendly technician, who explained what was being done. The optometrist answered all my questions and provided me with good recommendations. I have confidence in these eye care providers. That is why I keep coming back.

Excellent service I enjoyed my experience very much. Staff were so friendly, the dr was so lovely. I loved my time spend choosing glasses and the staff on the other side were so wonderful. The optician was amazing . The whole process was seamless and painless for me.

Both of the MOAs (I believe their names were Allyne and Angela) we saw over the 24 hrs of appointments for my 4.5yo son were very kind and nurturing. He had a tiny speck of dirt or dust embedded in his eye, and they made him feel at ease during a very stressful situation. The doctors were great too.

The level of care my family and I get, from the time we check in until the doctor sees us is always very pleasant to thorough and professional. I went somewhere else one time and I will never, ever do that again. Best eye doctor in the North Shore in my opinion!
