We have a special relationship with several of the artists and photographers, dealing directly with them to ensure a fair value all around, and we do regular retail work for other artists.

We bought limited edition signed Ronaldo framed jersey in August on layaway and made full payment in Dec but they delivered us signed Man United jersey of Ronaldo. We didnt get what we paid for. I think they ripped us of. Dont have anything on layaway with them. they will change ur order and make excuses.

Put a deposit on a Michael Jordan commemorative photo display. Ended up not being able to come in there for about a month due to some covid 19 related business in my family and unfortunately they don't remember me I don't have my receipt anymore and I offered to pay the difference and they won't give me my deposit no one remembers me there but I remember the sales person clear as day absolutely ridiculous now I'm out $250.

Over the past few years I have visited this business and have been impressed with the level of service, attention to detail and genuine desire to help customers meet their budget. After price shopping a couple of times with various shops including the big box shop with a 50% off coupon, I realized that there is no comparison.
