Capital Insurance Brokers was founded by Jim and Sara Carducci in 2005. They wanted to provide vehicle and home owners with security and protection, and they believed an independent insurance brokerage was a good investment for their young family. Since its beginning, Capital has taken a relationship-centered approach to insurance.

Great experience with Rory. Ended up getting a new truck this year and was paying quite a bit more than expected. Through multiple phone calls and working with me, Rory was extremely helpful in finding a new insurance provider. Always (legitimately, always) promptly responding to my emails, actually listening to my concerns, and following up with me. I legitimately feel like he worked to find what was best for me, not just doing the basics to get everything done.
I am very happy with the options that we ultimately went with, and I did ended up saving quite a bit. I do recommend and have recommended

Had a great experience with Mackenzie Bell from capital insurance brokers. He not only got me a great price on insurance for my new start up plumbing company. Also walked me through every step of the process. Explained everything in clear detail. I would email him at all hours of the day and night and he would get back to me in a very timely manner. Patrick Tsang has been amazing and very kind and patient with me this past month during my transition of shifting my insurance to a new vehicle! 1800 for just liability insurance for a 2004 f150 and no tickets in the last 5 years clean driving abstract when I only paid less than a 1000 all the years before that... my brother pays 2000 a year with full coverage for a new dodge.. only because I have 3 years continuous insurance and I've been driving for the last 10 years and always had insurance never drove without so I don't know where they are getting these numbers from

I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Mackenzie Bell at CIB. I have been dealing with him for 3 years now (sorry for the late review). Mackenzie is such a pleasant person to deal with. He is very… friendly, courteous and has awesome customer service skills. He is always available and talking with him on the phone is not rushed and he gets things taken care right away. Till this date, I have the best commercial vehicle rate. I am so pleased to have stumbled across Mackenzie back then. I highly recommend him for hassle free insurance services :)
