If you're not one of their top revenue customers (aka high fee) beware. They will pay little attention to you or walk you through tax challenges/opportunities. For something complex that you are paying for their prices are egregiously expensive versus other accounting firms.
Go elsewhere, I've received better service at Yale PGC and Mark Feldstein and associates. Segal doesn't really try to build a relationship with you which is sad considering they charge an arm and a leg for a basic corporate and personal tax return.
