The staff are all beyond amazing! The office is so beautifully painted and is very inviting. I would absolutely recommend Woodroffe Pediatric Dentistry to anyone with kids, especially anyone with special needs kids who can't just go to any regular dentist's office. They take their time with each child and they genuinely put the kids needs first. I honestly can't say enough fabulous things about the people there.

It was a bad experience dealing with the reception staff, who feel like they have a credit on us when we are ready to treat our kids!! Moreover, they follow a very cheap policy, which is to make appointments for our children shortly after the expiry of a healthy smile card and when we go to the appointment nothing is done for our kids except to waste time and give the children some cheap and lousy games, and upon leaving the parents are forced to pay the bill, the excuse is healthy smile card expired!!the question? Why don't tell the parents that the card has expired? Only at reception to pay bills

I drive over an hour to this office, and it’s so worth it. Dr Dufrene is amazing. My youngest had her first ever appointment today, and she was super nervous. By the end of the appointment she asked if we could go back tomorrow! What I also love, is they make everything geared towards kids and they try to accommodate (ie both my kids had cleanings at the same time, no multiple appointments or waiting).
I almost wish I was a kid so they could be my dentist.

Love this group. Excellent traffic control during COVID to keep clients apart. In general, take a genuine interest in the kids while treating them as the clients. They are consistently encouraging the kids to do better without being preachy and while expressing an understanding of how hard it is to brush your teeth for 2 minutes twice a day as a busy child.

Hands down the best dental clinic we have ever taken our kids to. Its so nice to have people who just actually care about your child. The dentist takes her time to explain everything to our son and makes it a fun experience for him. The receptionists and staff there are helpful and happy. The only downside about this place is that we have to drive 2hrs to get there. But they are that good and we will continue to drive to have our kids treated well. Highly recommend.

My son was treated wonderfully by Dr. Martin and her staff! We have had no issues, and found Dr. Martin very professional, patient, and caring towards my child. Dental issues are never pleasant to deal with, but I felt my child was handled compassionately, and we were advised on his care in a professional manner.

SHOCKED DR MARTIN IS CALLED A PEDIATRIC SPECIALIST!!!! Dr. Martin is the most unprofessional dentist I have ever met! Our family had a horrible experience with her and wouldn’t recommend her to fix our worst enemies teeth! We took our 6 year old daughter to see her after she was in an accident and cracked her molars. At our first visit she did NOT ensure our daughters mouth was frozen (turns out her tooth was infected so in this case freezing doesn’t work. She should have been put on antibiotics to clear up the infection first THEN proceeded with the procedure) and left our daughter screaming

This office is absolutely awesome. Dr. Martin is so patient and calm with children, they all love her. The receptionist Tracey is also an absolute gem. She always greets each child with a happy smile and gives them a hug. The hygienists are all fabulous and great with kids too. I can't imagine taking my kids anywhere else.

This is the best pediatric dentist office ever!!! They make the kids feels so comfortable. They have a play area to keep kids occupied while they wait. All of the staff are super friendly and great with the kids. Dr. Martin is by far the best dentist I've met, my kids are just in love with her. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone.
