I've been with Centrepoint dental for over 20 years. Unfortunately, all the good reviews are on the older staff/dentist, Dr Eisenstat. Dr. Eisenstat has retired, and since the last two years the ownership changed hands. New staff lost my x-rays the day after they are taken, and didn't seem to genuinely care about your teeth, just how much more $ you can pay them. Transferred out immediately.

Dr. Kim did not put me at ease for the procedures and was condescending towards me. Also he just seemed to care more about money and about getting as much money out of me as possible even for follow up appointments- for pain I was experiencing (that shortly followed his own treatments) and when the receptionist already said I wouldn't get charged.

I've been going to centrepoint Dentist Dr. Joel Eisenstat for about 20 but he has recently retired so when I went to my last appointment and met Dr. C l didn't know what to expect but I extremely happy with my visit! I was treated like very good by all of the staff and Dr. C made me feel just like I was a patient of his for years. Needless to say I felt like I couldn't have been treated better!😁 Thank-You all very much.

I have been a patient for over 25 years. Always accommodating to set up appointments whether an emergency or a routine cleaning. Dr. Eisenstat was an excellent dentist. I have not had work completed by Dr. Sze yet. Mandi and Kim are great hygienists. Tina is friendly and efficient at the front desk.
