Services
Your first visit to Baseline Dental Centre may include a comprehensive dental examination. Your dentist will assess your individual dental needs, discuss your dental goals, and how we might work together to fulfill them. Your thorough dental examination may include digital radiographs (x-rays). If you have had x-rays taken recently, please bring them with you on your first visit or contact us to have them sent to us directly.
We understand that your time is valuable and in order to streamline your first visit, simply complete at your convenience, prior to your appointment. If you would rather complete the forms at our office, we ask that you kindly arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You will enjoy a complimentary beverage, and feel free to ask for our assistance with any questions you might have.

I’m not one to write reviews, but my experience here really deserved one! The staff are very professional and friendly, which eases your nerves if you’re someone who gets nervous on dentist visits. I had 4 fillings done + routine cleaning and I was very impressed by the staff’s professionalism and efficiency. Dr. Hikal was also very helpful and comforting in taking the time to explain exactly what I needed and how the process was going to happen. I would definitely recommend this dental centre and Dr. Hikal to anyone!!

I was very hesitant to see a dentist due to some previous experience that was disappointing, I was so impressed with Dr Mohamed Heikal professionalism, honesty, compassion and extreme patience, he do all what it takes to educate his patients about any decision making for treatment. Very welcoming atmosphere in the reception and great assistant Aisha. could not be more satisfied, we can't thank you enough:)

I've been going to Baseline dental Centre for more than a decade now. I'm always impressed with the staff, care and level of help and understanding they have.
They take the time to listen and help in anyway they can. Their recommendations are always sound and I know they're not out to drain every dollar from their patients.
I would recommend this office to anyone who wants dental services they can trust.

This is my first time in the dental office. I will give you some of my observation. First of all, they don't do directly billing; patient has to pay out of pocket, which is not convenient. Secondly, I went to do a tooth cleaning. They told me I have to book three appointments. Each time, they only do about a quarter and only take about 10-15 minutes for a session. Maybe there is a reason for it, but again, it is not convenient. Lastly, the service desk operation is slow. Their new patient registration system is also not working as expected. I have to refill all my information twice. They also have

Best dental practice in Ottawa. Dr. Marei is professional, kind and knowledgeable. He was very kind to squeeze me in his busy schedule to treat my dental infection, as I had to fly from Fredericton to Ottawa to treat this case. The closest appointment I had in Fredericton was at least 3 months waiting. He literally saved my day. Minimum to almost no pain during the whole treatment. The clinic staff are kind and caring. Highly recommended.
