I had a wonderful experience. I went in looking for a quote on new all season tires, Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me decide on a set, they had them in stock and installed them the next day, in an hour! Can’t find this type of customer service in the big box stores.

I’ve been coming here for couple years now. I’ve been getting nothing but A+ service from Paul. On one of my tire change appointments, I mentioned to him all my valve stem caps were seized and he took extra time to removed all of them for me and he didn’t even charge me for the extra time spent. He really goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. My appointments are always on time and never had to wait longer than scheduled. I highly recommend them!

A great friend Greg C recommended The Tire Store Ltd. - Stouffville and it is a hidden gem! The owner Paul is amazing at what he does. I've been to The Tire Store Ltd. to see Paul four times now and I've even sent my elderly parents to him and we have never been disappointed.
This last visit recently was for new rims and tires for the F150 and where others said it couldn't be done (without lifting or cutting the truck) Paul came up with a mind blowing solution and I've never been this happy - it's like I got a new truck. Not only did I get the rims installed that I wanted but Paul matched them

In October 2018 I got tires directly from a guy who imported them (about 2 hours away from my house on a Saturday morning) and was on my way home and decided to call the Tire Store the see if they could mount them on the new rims I got with them. Paul told me he didn't have any spots open but he would see what he could do, about 30 mins later, told me he could mount and install the tires on my truck if I could get there within 30 minutes. I was 20 minutes away, so I went there and they got the tires installed within a short amount of time and I was on my way. Sorry it took me so long to post this
