I had a wonderful experience! I appreciate the patience that was shown, while trying to coordinate myself to drop off and collect my iPad. The screen was shattered due to my clumsiness. Repairs were done very fast and at extremely reasonable price! We will definitely use their services again, they will be needed! Thank you so much!

I recently dropped my Samsung S5 phone, and broke the screen. I was recommended to iBroke, and mailed my phone into them. I received my phone back about three days later, it was fixed and working as good as new. The service was excellent, the price was fair, and I'm very happy how quickly they sent my phone back to me. I was very impressed with the service I received, and their offices were not at all the retail outlet/service counter experience I was expecting! I sat down one on one with Dave, the service manager, and he even offered me a coffee while they repaired my phone. While I was there, I treated myself to a new military certified case for my phone, so hopefully I will not have to have it repaired again anytime soon.
I was in and out in about an our and ten minutes, and my phone looks and feels like brand new again! I Highly recommend iBroke over any of the mall phone repair places! Thank you Paul and
