If we do not have a brand, model or colour of frame you want, just let us know and we will do our best to special order it for you.
Patients of View Eye Care appreciate having a comprehensive and thorough eye examination using the latest technology in retinal, macular & optic nerve imaging, scanning and assessment. Some testing is routinely performed each year, while other more in-depth diagnostic testing is done on those with suspicious findings.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Milonas for quite a few years now, and have always been impressed by his knowledge, thoroughness, promptness, and professional care. I’m a bit of a fanatic when it comes to eye health, so I very much appreciate the extensive up-front testing they do at View before I see Dr Milonas each time. Also like that he then goes through each one of the test images with me to explain what they were testing for, and why. An aunt and my mother were also impressed when he was able to accommodate them for emergency visits while they were visiting.

I have been going to View Eye Care since last more than 4 years for my daughter and now for myself as well. Very friendly staff. Dr Mak is a great doctor. I only write a review when I feel an experience is worth or beyond it's value and that's absolutely how I feel about Dr. Peter Milonas. He was incredibly approachable, answered my questions with ease and educated me so I left feeling empowered with knowledge. My visit to View Eye Care was superb. They are super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They sanitize the room and instruments, to the highest quality, before you start your eye examination. They are serious about your safety and their staff. So, once the eye examination begins, they thoroughly check your eyes to make sure they are healthy and you have the right prescription for your glasses or contact lenses. They explain any details to make sure the client is up-to-speed, so you never feel rushed and you always feel that they truly are passionate about eye health.

I had an excellent first experience here! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The equipment is state of the art and the office is extremely clean and well sanitized. I loved that they didn't push me too much to buy new glasses there.

Dr. Rotholz has been my optometrist for eight years now. My wife has been his patient for even longer. My experience couldn't be better.

I am so impressed with the staff and Dr Mike Rotholz at View Eye Care. I have had great beyond the call of duty treatment there- they go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and comfortable and are so knowledgable. I have had a few emergencies and they fit me in. Dr Mike is always there to help you in an extremely wonderful way and really… knows how to comfort you. I brought my mother in yesterday and to say that the staff were amazing is an understatement. 1. Every single staff member from the receptionists, to the techs, to the doctor I saw, is extremely friendly and personable and very skilled in what they do;
2. Techs are very good in conducting the pre-tests and vigilant in cleaning every machine before use;
3. Receptionists follow through with sending the claim to the insurance provider;
4. Excellent office location (5 minute walk from Museum subway station);
5. I got many email reminders in my in-box, reminding me about my appointment.

I am so impressed with this eye clinic and the incredibly amazing Dr Mike Rotholz. I had some last minute problems with my eyes last week and they fit me in right away that day. Dr. Mike was extraordinarily patient, kind and very thorough making sure no stone was unturned. He spent a lot of time with me going that extra mile to make sure there were no issues. He's now even sending me to a specialist to double check and also made sure I kept in touch with him over the weekend to monitor if my condition was getting worse. Dr. Mike is the best, as are all the other practitioners at the clinic of course, but the techinicians (Jason & others) and the dispensary crew (David & Crystal) make the whole experience a charm... even on your… bi-annual mandatory pupil dilating check.
Their in-house technology is unbeatable: granted you will pay some extras above your OHIP coverage, but it's worth it to get a prescription that is the right one for you and in the long run, will

This clinic is one of the few that has an on-premise lab so you can get your glasses made within 20 minutes!
I had gotten my prescription from a different optometrist and brought the script to View Eye Care to get glasses made, which was done on the spot, same day.
The prescription from the other optometrist turned out to be much too strong and gave me headaches. I returned to View Eye Care and Dr. Blanc was able to do a re-check and write me the correct prescription. They then remade my glasses with the new prescription for free! Amazing service for another doctor's mistakes. I couldn&apos

I have been with Dr. Peter Milonas since 2009 when he was at his previous office and stayed with him when he moved as part of the View Eye Care. What impressed me the most is the high level of professionalism the whole team exhibit in each visit and to each individual they served (from my observations) even during peak busy hours regardless of who their customers are. While I chose this clinic based on location, I was pleased with Dr Peter Milonas' ease with clients, thorough explanations of options, and friendly demeanour. His coordinator, who does the initial tests, is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The office is comfortable and I was pleased with the battery of tests run in order to check for various issues, making the client comfortable through the process as well. It is also important to not rush the process, and I did not hesitate asking questions or having someone repeat something- very patient. Thank you.

Dr Mike and his office staff are great. Dr Mike is thorough and his attention to our families eyes has been, for over 15yrs, consistently great. He is always open to questions, and although a crazy busy office, he takes the time to explain the details. Along side his professional attention, David and Crystal, the optical staff are just super. They help you find the right pair of glasses and they love what they do, you can feel it.

I have been seeing Dr. Milonas for about 4 years and he is excellent. He is thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. The View Eyecare facility is conveniently located, clean, and has all the modern imaging equipment. Front desk staff is on the ball as well, with a friendly demeanour and convenient email appointment reminders. Recommended!
