You put your laundry in a Neat Dry Cleaners Bag, and leave it in your designated pickup spot. This could be your front door/ garage/backyard or at a reception desk.

I paid for alterations and it was very sloppy. When I returned to show them and asked for it to be fixed I was told that's how they do it. The lady then said she didn't charge me a lot...so I assume that is why they made an extremely sloppy cut and the edges were left raw. I insisted that this was unacceptable but she stood her ground and said I would have to pay more money...hell NO!
I would not recommend this place nor would I give them any more of my business. If I could I would give zero stars.

This is one of the worst places i have been. Very rude lady. Asked for a price list for dry cleaning ..she replied we dont have price list as we dont want people comparing prices..what are you in business for then?. Im new in the country and this experience is a big disappointmenr..they do not alter clothes as well but they put an ad outside for alterations..what is this??..do not ever come to this place..

This is the worst dry cleaner I've been to. Watch the prices on your bill. I was told $4 per t-shirt. Ended up being $9.10 per shirt. Lol. That was my fault for not looking at the bill. Don't just take their word for it. Very unprofessional service from a part time worker with an Indian accent. Don't know why she is in the customer service business. Clearly doesn't enjoy her job. Cleaning wasn't done on time. No apologies.

Horrible service and terrible customer service. I dropped off my Canada Goose jacket for cleaning. When I picked it up, EVERY SINGLE stain and surface dirt was still there. Upon mentioning this to the lady, she instantly became defensive asking if I was a accusing her of not doing her job. I understand that you can't get very stain out and that you don't want to fade the jacket but you should expect at least some of the dirt would be cleaned out of the jacket after paying 96 dollars. No attempt at a resolution was tried by the woman AT ALL and all I got was attitude from the start. DO NOT USE this
