Getting a properly finished shirt is a painstaking process that requires special attention by a well-trained staff. A crisp, clean shirt is a very important item in a business atmosphere or casual setting. There is a science to it and we have it down. All shirts are sorted by color, starch preference, and water temperature.
Your delivery days will be determined by your geographics. Each customer will be issued two new valet bags. Each bag is personalized for you and includes your garment preferences. Your clothes are then brought to our facility where they are carefully inspected and entered into our state-of-the-art computer system.

I will no longer be using their services for my everyday dry cleaning. Not only are they overpriced but the man who works is extremely rude and condescending. I called to inquire about a service. He wants $400 to clean my wedding dress and snapped at me when I asked what to expect (do they box it? How long is it preserved?) I also asked if they guarantee their work and he already started blaming me for whatever happens to it lol. I am big on just overall kindness and integrity- especially at those prices. There's too many other places around that are kind and affordable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been a long time customer of White Dove for the past 5 years as a local to the area. By happenstance I started coming here and just recently realized that I'm not getting consistent pricing on the same pieces I bring there often. So, I have asked the young lady in the front for a price list on multiple occasions and she said that people ask all the time but the OWNER JOE is not willing to provide one; to call him to ask about it.

This review is about the red bank location as I've never been to the one in Tinton Falls. I've been to so many dry cleaners in the area, and hands down this is the best one and I've stuck with them since I found them. The fact that they're family run comes through in the care and attentiveness everyone shows- no matter who is working the day you go in, you're greeted with friendliness and questions and comments about what you're dropping off. I've come in with stains on delicate garments that seemed hopeless (black ink on light pink silk!) and left with them looking

They are SO expensive. 4 woman's dress shirts, 2 skirts, 2 casual work dresses, 1 pair of pants, and a men's suit cost me over $100. Also - I brought the clothes in on a Monday and asked the soonest they could be ready and I have to wait until Friday after 4pm. The last time I went I dropped off a table cloth I needed for a work function and they assured me they could expedite and have ready in 2 days - when I showed up a few hours before the event they did not have it ready. They ended up just steaming it to get out the wrinkles and not even cleaning it because I had to leave. That

We rely on White Dove cleaners and they do a great job. The shop is run very professionally, and they stay on the ball. They offer delivery service (pick up and drop off) and always get the job done right. If you're a busy person and want to have your dry cleaning taken care of without worry, this is a great choice. A great dry cleaner also works with you when things don't go perfectly, but I am happy to say it's been pretty rare. I can count on them to do the right thing.

I'm so angry as this happened to be the LAST time I bring anything to this so called cleaners. They have damaged so many of my husbands and my pieces and they always seem to blame the manufacture of the item. THEY use TOO hot of a temperature on delicate items and they don't seem to check the pieces for cleaning instructions before they clean them! I have gone over each piece if it needs any extra care involved and they just agree and when I pick my cleaning up and bring it home I find that they, again, have damaged something!!!!
