During the busier summer months, it is a good idea to book footing, foundation and floor jobs two weeks in advance. There is occasionally a longer waiting period for porches and patios which should be booked three to four weeks in advance in the summer. Before Manotick Concrete can begin work on your foundation, your site must be excavated, surveyed (pinned for footings) and any site inspections required by the city must be complete.

How disappointing! Wanting to deal with a local business, I called Manotick Concrete and set up an appointment for them to come to my house and estimate repairs. I left work early to meet them but they never did show up. Called them the next day and got an apology with the promise the manager would call and set up a new appointment. He never called. Business must be really good for them, they sure won't get mine.
