We believe gymnastics is the ultimate sport providing opportunities to develop physically, socially and emotionally. Our programs begin with physical literacy and progress to advanced skill acquisition while supporting healthy social development along the way. At Splitz, we are committed to creating a safe, clean and exciting atmosphere for children to experience physical success.
At Splitz, we are committed to creating a safe, clean and exciting atmosphere for children to experience physical success. We welcome all ages & abilities and challenge participants appropriately. Our tremendous coaching staff and immaculate facility provide the ultimate playground for our Cloverdale and Abbotsford communities.
At Splitz, instructors give athletes the benefit of their knowledge and enthusiasm in gymnastics. They dedicate their time to helping athletes build confidence, self-esteem, and foster positive body image development through participation in our sport. Our instructors are all certified through the National Coaching Certification Program, have completed their First Aid and Respect in Sport certificates.
Our Tiny Starz program inspires young athletes to move skillfully and provides a base of physical literacy that will support lifelong enjoyment and participation in almost any sport or activity. Focusing on safety, skill development, personal growth, friendships and fun, our Splitz Starz program consists of nine levels which are split into Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum categories.
Our Tiny Starz program inspires participants to move skillfully and provides a base of physical literacy that will support lifelong enjoyment and participation in almost any sport or activity. Participation in gymnastics activities enhances the development of brain function, coordination, social skills, gross motor skills, leadership and creativity and builds confidence, independence and positive self-esteem.

I thoroughly researched gymnastic programs before entering my three year old into one. I selected Splitz in Cloverdale and have been very happy with the program, the level of instruction, the Covid proceedures they have in place, and the communication I quickly get if I have any inquiries.
The facility itself is clean and bright, well equiped with all the necessities. Most importantly, my daughter loves coming here and gets excited every time. She keeps asking me when gymnastics is.
Thank you Splitz for taking such good care of my little girl. Splitz rocks!

Awesome facility!! My daughter absolutely loves going to gymnastics and she is learning so much! I do wish they had a second bar placed lower to go up the stairs so the younger kids have something to hold onto, or maybe some grip on the stairs could also help.
But if you are looking for a fun and caring gymnastics coach, coach tara is the best especially for the younger kids. Many other coaches are awesome too and you can't go wrong choosing Splitz :)

Great coaches and office staff! Very helpful with information and kids advance at their own pace moving up as needed! Seen great improvement since we changed to Splitz a she was getting too old or the kiddy gym. Except for the lack of legal parking that allows people to access the building this location is great!
