Delta Gymnastics Society is one of Canada's top gymnastics clubs and we believe that it's due to the way we treat each of our gymnasts, at every level. At DGS, we don't just build athletes, we build people. It's the foundation behind every choice we make, from which programs to offer, to how we coach and train, to our large community outreach program and presence in schools.
Our goal is to give children a lifelong passion for physical activity and to empower them to become successful people - and we do it through gymnastics. Looking for a safe place for your children to have fun and burn some energy or an exciting option for a school field trip? We offer a wide range of programs for kids, school groups and sports teams of all ages.

Our facility is called The Delta Sport Development Centre for a reason. It reflects our commitment to teaching physical literacy through gymnastics - to teaching the fundamental skills that are the basis of all sports and a lifelong love of physical activity. It has a 15,000 square-foot gym, change rooms, parent viewing area, office, multi-purpose room and ample parking.
Our Board of Directors is comprised of 7-9 volunteers who meet four times per year to discuss issues dealing with the governance of DGS. Their role is to promote the well-being and ongoing development of DGS, and the best long-term interests of its membership. The Executive Director of DGS is responsible for implementing Board directions and ensuring that our operations are consistent with Board policies.
Participants should bring a healthy snack and lunch, and appropriate clothing for all activities. Please ensure that your child wears good, walking footwear appropriate for the weather. Please call 604-943-0460 or email info@deltagymnastics.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding the update.
DGS is actively involved in bringing our gymnastics program into schools, and schools into our gymnastics club! Whether you're looking for an exciting option for your PE program, physical literacy lessons for your staff and students, or a fun, sports day station - we've got it! We don't just teach gymnastics.

My daughter suffered mental abuse at the hands of the head coach. Despite trying to work through the issues, we were met with hostility by both the head coach and admin and told to leave. Then, the head coach and others, proceeded to talk negatively about my daughter to parents of athletes from other gyms, bad mouth her to past teammates and even went so far as to bad-mouth her at GBC sanctioned events (including Westerns) to the person that was her new coach. Through all of it we were made to feel our daughter was the problem except for one little issue: she has FASD and has officially been declared

Delta Gymnastics is a wonderful place for young and old to come and learn the skills around gymnastics. I love that there is a mixture of competition level and gymnastics fundamentals classes.
The staff are wonderful. From front office to each teacher/coach they bring knowledge, professionalism and kindness to each interaction.
If you wonder if your child will love it, come for drop in. During the school year there is drop in every weekday 11:45 to 12:30 for only $5 per child.

I've only ever gone to the Adult drop-in on Sunday and Tuesday night's from 8:30-11pm. In my experience I can't say enough great things about the quality of the facilities and the incredible people that go here. If you have ever thought about going to train at a gymnastics gym I would definitely recommend this one. You pay the yearly insurance before September and $12 per visit. I don't go a lot but I love the place and I just wanted to say something nice about it publicly. In my opinion the entire facility is top of the line and I can only imagine at an Olympic level. Go there if you're thinking

Anytime my daughter has went for birthday party’s or school she had loved it here. So we decided to book her a party a few years back.. well I’m still bitter as they double booked us with another group and canceled our party a while back with less than a week notice so let’s say organization needs some work for sure . I’ve heard many good things about the swim/gym programs they have and summer programs aswell
