Services
We have been renting instruments to local schools for many years, and offer competitive prices as well as a fully in-house repair facility! If you are planning to rent for the upcoming school year, give us a call any time to reserve your instrument! FREE repairs to instruments for the duration of the contract (this does not include malicious damage).
Our highly skilled instructors are chosen not only for their extensive music education and teaching experience, but also for their commitment to excellence and their ability to make music fun! We also have many instructors that are professional musicians. They are ready and eager to help you launch your musical career.
Our experienced technicians have degrees in instrument repair and maintenance, and years of experience. Bring your flute, clarinet, trumpet, trombone, french horn, saxophone, or any other brass/woodwind instrument to the store; our technicians will contact you with a quote, and only proceed with the repair if you agree to the quoted price.
Pianos need to be tuned every 6 months to a year, but if it's been longer there is no need to panic! Everything from a simple tuning to a pitch raise, full regulation, or large scale repairs and rebuilding are well within our expertise! Our piano tuner has been tuning pianos since 1979, and a long list of extremely happy customers.

My husband and I are Seniors, we wanted to ship a guitar and case. So, we thought...Music Store.. the female on the phone, said No, and was very rude to my husband. I could hear the call, because the phone was on speaker. After that phone call, he called Long and McQuade.
Picked up a box the next day. Wouldn't recommend this store, not even a guitar pick. Long and Mcquade is worth the drive.

Very unorganized. Teacher didn’t show up for first lesson. Second lesson he didn’t send the zoom link for the meeting until after the lesson was to start. Teacher’s internet was spotty and he blamed the student. Was not responsive to what the student wanted help with. In fact was rude to student.

Terry was an amazing DJ at our wedding. He kept everyone on the dance floor with his fantastic song choices and upbeat vibes. Our guests did not want the party to end and we had to kick them off the dance floor for tear down. It was so perfect. Terry is such a wonderful man and he was so welcoming and professional. Prices were really reasonable! Would definitely recommend!!

I walked into G&G on Saturday literally knowing less than nothing. I had inherited a vintage guitar and I decided to 1. Learn how to play it and 2. Maintain it. Terry was amazing. He had a look at the guitar and advised that it needed new strings, and that I should get a tuner. I asked about cleaning it as it was rather dusty and he direct me towards some cleaning product specifically designed for the wood. I also asked for a stand so that I didn’t have to continually put it away and he provided me with one of those as well.

Terry is such an amazing person to work with. He and his team cover our wedding ceremony and reception, and they are perfect. Because Terry is a musician himself, he is very knowledgeable and attentive to details. We were planning to have G&G Music DJ our wedding, but after working with them we don't plan to ever do business with them again.
We met with a particular member of G&G's staff on April 29, 2018 to discuss what we wanted for our wedding, and he seemed to be able to offer a lot of what we wanted just barely within our budget (likely because we told… him our budget ahead of time - something we don't plan on doing again in the future). Things were sounding good, so we asked him to send us a formal quote.
We received the quote a couple days later and found that there were numerous prices

Not helpful at all and their prices are not what they quoted me through email. There are by far better places in town at better prices and have better programs. My daughter just started piano at a new place that has opened and boy were they helpful and the program is great for young kids. Don't waste your time with this place.
