Meridian Home Care Services was founded in 2013 with only one goal in mind: delivering exceptional in-home care and assistance to those in need. Meridian Home Care offers a wide variety of home medical, non-medical support and in-home rehabilitation services to meet the unique needs of each individual patient. All of our programs are coordinated by highly trained and experienced professionals whose focus is to provide the most friendly and compassionate care for our patients in their homes.
Our caregivers have the experience and training needed to provide appropriate, safe and individualized care in keeping with the distinct challenges often presented by patients living with memory impairments and associated behavioral issues. Our Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care service has been designed to maintain overall independence and quality of life in a loving and familiar environment.
Our compassionate, trustworthy and certified Caregivers and Personal Support Workers are available to assist with dressing, eating, grooming, medication reminders and light housekeeping. They are trained in all areas of personal care needs, are CPR certified and have met all requirements for employment, including background checks.
At Meridian Home Care, we understand that caring for a terminally ill family member is a demanding role and no one is equipped to do it alone.
