I was in the market for new auto insurance and initially came in contact with Natalya, she assured me OTC could find me the best available rates to meet my needs. She took my information and sent it over to dawn as her department is tailored to Servicing my inquiry. My interaction with dawn was fantastic, she came back with two options for rates that far exceeded my expectations in a short time And in no time at all I had fully functional insurance. During the process Natalya and dawn both kept in contact keeping me updated on the process and assisting me with any questions.

Had a great experience working with OTC insurance, Dawn worked with me even when I had to change my terms many times in a short period. She always took my calls or called me back promptly when she wasnt available too even when I called what it feels like a thousand times. Also I had bought a lemon when I originally started the policy which was unfortunate but with the rate Dawn was able to get me I was able to afford to finance a newer car. Thank you Dawn and OTC insurance for your help. Highly Recommend and when you call ask for Dawn.

My wife and I were relocating to Nova Scotia not knowing anyone in any professional aspect. Abby made our new insurance policy process stress free after we had a horrible experience with our previous insurance broker (before Abby/OTC).
We just bought our dream home and just purchased a new car. Stress is high enough during the pandemic and in this volatile housing market. I was with this previous company for 14 years and was scared to change but am so happy I did ! Abby’s knowledge, quick responses, and professionalism was a breath of fresh air for us.
