I called needing to end an existing policy and start a new one in-order to finance a car from a dealership.
It's my first time financing a car, so also the first I needed full coverage on a vehicle. I had tons of questions about deductibles and premiums of the insurance policy. Jake S. one of their insurance advisors was super helpful and patient with every question I asked. Even when I asked him to repeat himself for no other reason than me just not comprehending. He didn't make me feel dumb and never for a second seemed irritated I was asking for clarification on anything.
