The first thing you notice is how friendly the staff are. They have a nice camaraderie with each other and as you’re walking down the hall people are smiling at you and saying hello. So important especially if you’re a bit nervous going to the dentist.
You will also notice that they’ve gone beyond to make the clinic safe - lots of sanitization, draping, double/triple masking etc.
Parking was so easy and the clinic is right on the main floor. Easy to get to and access.
My dentist Dr Jesin is really relaxed, told funny stories and time flew by. I totally recommend! 10 stars!

A place that even during Covid times you feel extremely safe. True friendly stuff without pretending. Understanding. Caring. Doctor Robert Eisen was wonderful! My mouth is very small and the X-rays wasn’t felt at all! Happy for being recommended to this place.
Update: January 2022. I had complicated teeth to be pulled out, bone grafting, stitches. All went so smooth thanks to Dr.Eisen and Beth (?). I went to Ikea after shopping. Hope all future appointments will be equally satisfying. Thank you Team!

Had implant procedure done on Friday, Dr. KO and the hygienist were amazing, especially during my moments of stress.. they both were very comforting as it was a big procedure and I had major anxiety. There were some concerns over the weekend and Dr. KO took the time to call back right away after I emailed him on a Sunday, to go over any concerns and reassure my family and iI. So appreciated, he's the best!

I find this Center after long term search in Google and read comments about all clinics and at least choose this Center , from the first time which I take my appointment till now I am really happy to find this Center .Dr. Jesin and his team are just wonderful , Dr. Jesin is knowledgeable, trustable , he explained each step carefully and he is absolutely the best . We had our teeth scaled and polished. We have been having Shelley look after our cleaning needs for over 25 years - she is awesome!
Fortunately we didn't require any dental services this time, but if and when needed, we rely with the utmost confidence on Dr. Eisen.

I have been going to North York Smile Centre for a couple of years now and have to say that I always had a pleasant experience. My dentist, Dr. Eisen, has always provided me with the best quality care. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. He removed four of my wisdom teeth and I did not even feel it despite my extreme fear of dental procedures! His team is very professional and friendly. I’d highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Eisen is incredible! He id knowledgeable and experienced, but he is also very caring and reassuring. Bessie has always been amazing and caring and she always makes sure that I have everything I need. My whole family comes here happily, even the kids. The entire experience at Dr. Eisens office has been remarkable. The whole team is beyond welcoming and friendly they feel like family. My hygienist, Samantha was incredible. She made my experience wonderful especially as she makes sure to consistently suction more so than any other hygienist I've ever been to and it makes a huge difference is comfort. Dr. Eisen and Bessie were truly amazing and have changed my smile and mouth health completely. I am so grateful for all they have done for me and I can't recommend them enough!

It is a real pleasure sending a word of praise to North York Smile Centre. I guess there is no other dental clinic in North York that enjoys such a high popularity, the office is always crowded with people who are referred to Dr.Eisen from other clinics.
The clinic is conveniently located inside North York centre. The service is fantastic, the atmosphere is calm and relaxed. Prices are average and if you have your work benefits you should not trouble.
Definitely recommended!
