After working for a few years in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Toronto's Mount Sinai Hospital, she decided upon a career change and returned to university. Dr. Sara Shiewitz is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry, and has practiced dentistry for over 29 years.

My elderly mother needed some difficult dental work done. It was challenging physically and emotionally for her. Dr. Sara Shiewitz, Polina and her team made the experience great. It's simple, Dr Shiewitz and her team are so good, my kids actually love going to the dentist. The office is clean, Paula, the secretary, is very friendly, and the service is excellent. Whether it's a simple cleaning or something more serious, we were always really well taken care of. Couldn't ask for a better Dentist and staff.

Dr. Shiewitz is the best dentist I've ever been to. She is very thorough and friendly, and always takes the time to explain what she's doing and the possible outcomes. Nikki, the dental assistant, is lovely, too, and so is Polina, the receptionist. My 4 year old loves coming here, and my husband, who avoided dentists for years, also had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shiewitz. It's just a fantastic practice overall :)

Great dental office. Highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly from the receptionist to the assistant and the hygienist, all the way to the dentist. My kids (5 and 7) actually love going there. I just had a filling done. It was quick and painless. They communicate well, explain the different steps and what to expect. They did a wonderful job making my children feel at ease. The office is not big, but it's not small either and it's clean and welcoming. Dr Shiewitz has become our new family dentist.

Excellent quality of service and exceptional attitude. Sara treats patient's teeth like her own - only does what makes sense. She is very picky in selecting dental specialist for referral. Polina, eceptionist, keeps all paperwork and schedules in order. We have been happy with their services for several years by now.
