Service was fine, but my God, was it slow! I have brought my Lincoln here for all service and it continues to get slower and slower. I booked an appointment after 3 messages to Rej (sp?) went unreturned 2 weeks ago. What's the point of making an appointment if it takes 3.5 hours for an oil change? They certainly don't value my time. I appreciate that they have to do extra sanitizing, but really, how long does that take? When I booked, I noted that I had received a recall notice in April that states-from Lincoln-that parts are ready-yet they could not/did not have parts. -Still!- What's the deal

I did not have a good experience at all at Capital Lincoln. It turn out to be the classic vendor that will do anything to sell you a car. This will obviously include lies and empty promises. After been told word for word, I will get you a set of rubber, as yes he agreed, he come back later saying he could not commit to his own statement anymore. After coming to another agreement, he tried to convince me that a tire road hazard warranty was require on all vehicle for a cost of $599 and that must be added to the invoice.
