I am only posting a brief comment/review/experience with my purchase of a vehicle at pacific motors. The staff is very nice and it's a very friendly family business as the many reviews indicate. I belief it's important to warn customers that this business is selling unsafe and clearly not inspecting the quality of internal and the mechanical parts at all. With many reviews that I have heard is a quick car wash to clean your new purchase will result more paint removal and loss than dirt loss. I am not intending to discredit this business whatsoever but a clear message and heads up to future customers

Honestly I was so wrong buying truck F150 from Pacific Motor. I think they are selling vehicles without inspection. Because after I bought 5 days, coolant fluid had to fill up and fluid is leaking. I used 4 coolant fluid tanks in last winter. Summer is coming, I tried to used AC but is not working. As a dealer, should check before selling vehicles.

I purchased a used vehicle for the first time at a dealership and had the most relaxed experience during a pandemic no less. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and setup everything with the vehicle so I could just pick it up and drive home as they believe their location to be out of the way for me lol. A quality family run business that I would have no hesitation in recommending to others or visiting again if I ever need another vehicle. They also followed up to insure I was still satisfied and that everything was working out for me. Top marks

I've bought a few vehicles both for work and personal use from pacific. I will never shop elsewhere, they are honest about car sales.
They stand by their product and price fairly. Pacific does not pressure or hassle customers.

I am very pleased with my experience so far with my interactions with Pacific Motors. The sales people were very friendly and showed us the vehicle we were interested in, and offered us an alternative to look at. They walked us through everything very carefully and efficiently.
The service personnel were very helpful and helped us out when had a service issue on the road, and talked me through how to correct it, right over the phone. So pleased.

5 stars! Was looking for a good used pickup and pulled in for a look, I walked up to the line up and started looking and the friendliest salesman came out and greeted me and we walked around fitting a pickup to my budget, Paul had asked me a few questions and I found myself trying out a pickup that fit us perfectly! Paul and Moz made sure it was… right for me and bent over backwards to ensure I was satisfied. Still old fashion service where a handshake is a contract... I like that! Great job guys! I definitely will be back when it’s time to trade again!

I was in the market for a used truck and found myself at Pacific Motors looking over their inventory. Their vehicles were all in such fantastic shape it actually made choosing one a bit difficult, lol. Beyond the quality vehicles the staff, particularly Dave Lewis, were phenomenal to deal with. There was no pressure at all and they were very accommodating with requests for fitting in test drives that worked for my schedule. My service was excellent. I purchased a 2001 rav4. David was polite and expedient in getting a deal done. The skill he has to close a deal saved me a bunch of time. Pacific was the first dealership I checked out.
There were some hiccups in getting the Rav fixed but Dave was able to help me out with a rental . He was great. I texted him every couple days after hours and he took time from his family to reply.

We have unfortunately had a very unpleasant, disappointing and regretful experience with Pacific Motors and would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle from them. Within weeks of selling us a van this past summer that was promised to be "in excellent mechanical condition", we realized that it had been sold to us with winter tires on it (but this was not disclosed to us). We promptly purchased summer tires and while they were being installed, an engine coolant leak was noticed. This is a MAJOR and essential repair that certainly existed when we purchased the van. Whatever- stupid enough, was going to buy it anyways only for them to tell me, that they made a false advertisement. I asked 3 Times over the phone "Is the vehicle all wheel drive?" Acknowledging me- "yes, the vehicle is all wheel drive". Ready to get out my wallet and buy it- they're telling me "sorry,buddy its front wheel drive". Only to get me in another pos of theirs which you can't turn off the full blast of heat and flickering cab lights, sending me off
