Ordered a cake for delivery. I was in my garage having a smoke when the delivery arrived. Walk in my house to find the guy in my house. He let himself in and was looking in my house for me. He was coming down the stairs inside my house with no cake in hand. He left the cake on the front step and trespassed. I can’t trust somebody to let themselves in my house where all my belongings are… not a very professional place

I think the people leaving bad reviews of the Keto treats are being harsh....just because you pay more for them to make keto friendly vs. you making them at home, does not mean it’s going to taste like a treat… made w/ sugar....it is a keto dessert after all. I’ll be picking up the keto cupcakes for mothers day this Saturday and some keto bread/rolls. So convenient and made fresh. They taste amazing and really help with my cravings. You can buy online and pick a pickup time, or old school it and call. Super nice people and always ready to accommodate for allergies/diets/special

What happened?!? I haven't visited bakery since March. I am so disappointed. There were finger printed sticky notes for signs. At 10:45 am there wasn't any selection and it didn't even smell like anything was baking. What was there looked old and dry. Maybe it's the lighting. The windows and shelves are soiled and they are using the front as storage for what appears to be an old candy machine. I so want to support small business but unfortunately I walked out without purchasing. This used to be a very lovely and full bakery. Did it change ownership?

Went in thinking this looked like a nice little bakery. Purchased a cinnamon bun for over $6 that looked amazing. I thought the price was steep but if it was as good as it looked it would be worth it and that's where the review tanked. The cinnamon bun was hard as a rock and extremely stale. I went back in to complain and was told by the owner that her daughter sold me a day old one instead of a fresh one. She then gave me a "fresh" one that was no better than the day old. Terrible bakery. Stay away.

Never never never will I return. I ordered over $100 worth of Keto baked goods. I placed the order to be picked up 2 days later at their FortSaskatchewan location abundance bakery. Imagine my shock when I drove 30 mins to pick up my order at the scheduled time they gave me online and the bakery was closed. I was pissed to say the least. I called Jovic Bakery to tell them and the owner got on the line with apologies. Okay I get it mistakes happen. She asked if I could return back to Fort Saskatchewan the next morning to pick up my order and her promise to me to make up for the inconvenience was

Looking for a late night dessert, my boyfriend and I decided to stop at this bakery.
My first impression was wowed by the full display cases of delicious baked goods and many KETO options. Super clean and inviting atmosphere. We began to order: 7 donuts, 1 cinnamon bun, 2 sausage rolls and 2 Jamaican patties. Donuts were placed in to one box and the remaining items in another and taped shut. We
went straight home to enjoy my treats... this is where my review goes from 5 stars to 2 stars.
I opened the donuts to share and out of 7 donuts only 1 was not rock hard, to the point of being inedible.

If you're starting out on your ketogenic diet like us, you MUST check out Jovic Bakery! They have Keto brownies, breads, wraps, sweet and savoury pies, cheesecakes, and even Keto banana bread!
OK yeah, it's a little pricey, but I bought my own Keto baking supplies at Costco and bulk barn, and that stuff's not cheap! And these sweets sure help settle the cravings...wifey couldn't even finish her whole brownie.

One of the only places you can find Keto baked goods. expensive for the portions you get, though the food is really tasty. Staff isn't very friendly. If prices were lowered or portions were larger I'd be here more often. Bought a Keto cheese cake for a crazy price and it was decent but not amazing and pretty thin. Also tried the Keto cupcakes and cookies all very good but unfortunately the prices are way too high to buy regularly.

I am currently doing Keto and she was happy to provide with me with information. Their prices are quite high , but you do pay for the quality .
I purchased a few Keto treats and a loaf of Keto bread . The treat I tried was good ( brownie) but quite expensive. If you are not on a budget this is the place to go !

There is absolutely nothing to buy here! The few pastries seen in the display cases are overpriced and don't look fresh. The bread is bagged sitting on a shelf and looks plain boring!
There is only two little tables which look dirty and not comfortable for sitting. This bakery could have a chance to improve and make money since there is no other bakery in the area for competition. This review got one star because the cooking area was super clean!

I think my expectations for this bakery were too high. When I received the flyer at home, I imagined it would be something like COBS, where you can buy different types of bread like sourdough, coconut bread, bread with fruits, bread with chocolate, etc. However, I was very disappointed to go and see they only had white, whole wheat and multi grain sliced bread. The pastries looked nice though, although I think I will stick to the Italian place (guaranteed quality and freshness and better price). I'm not sure I'm ever going back to Jovic...

I agree with the other reviewer that I had higher expectations for this bakery. I had noticed that it was open and wanted to come during their open hours to check it out. After viewing the website, I was expecting a variety of baked goods including breads and pastries. The inside had a few tables and the cooler with sandwiches and drinks. The baked goods were displayed and some there were more items such as sausage rolls but other there were a few items of each and the selection was lacking compared to what I saw on the website. The prices were on little stickers on the glass of the display. I
