Updated 2019: Although last year this accountant was ok, I don't know what happened since but this year that was different. He doing taxes from his home (when I enter I start to smell an odor of cooking or other stuff I don't know). He made a small mistake, wanted to go back to my CRA account to amend (he gave himself a level 2 to access my CRA account before I permanently delete it) and I had even a call from CRA because of this. The good thing is that he apologized and reimbursed the fees I paid for the service.
