Capital City Refrigeration Ltd. is a full service company specializing in air conditioning, refrigeration sales and services right here on Vancouver Island. After 10 years of construction and sales experience at a local wholesaler, Tyler Little started training as a Refrigeration mechanic at BCIT in 2001.
With the drive to learn and following his apprenticeship through Kelowna and Vancouver, Tyler received his Inter provincial seal certification in 2006. With over 23 years in the construction, refrigeration and HVAC field, "experience " is held with gratitude. It is with pride of growing up on Vancouver Island that treating customers as family comes very easily!

My AC went out during the heat wave. I called CCR and was very surprised that they were able to fit me in on the same day as I called. I was expecting a massive repair and was happily surprised to learn that the repair was relatively minor and fixable on the spot! The owners seem very honest and I am happy to share my positive experience. Good companies need to be recognized. Thank you Capital City Refrigeration!

It was time to change out our original heat pump and air handler. We got a detailed quote and a clear explanation of the components with options. On the day the work was completed the team worked efficiently and with minimal disturbance. They were very careful to clear up when finished and took time to ensure we knew all about how to use the new system. Happy to recommend them.

'Capital City Refrigeration' installed our heat pump and replaced the furnace a couple of years ago. In spite of their affirmation on Forbis/BCHydro rebate, the rebate was not approved and Tylor promised he would do the first maintenance free of charge. Now, as the time for the maintenance was due, we have called Tylor 5 times over two weeks (and left messages to get back to us for the maintenance). We never heard from him. We are very disappointed at his poor quality of service.

My restaurant got a service from Tyler yesterday. Our refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling down and he was the only person who came by on that day for us after his schedule. He is really good at his job and I am very satisfied with his service. Quick, honest, and reasonable. Thank you for saving our refrigerator.

Capital City Refrigeration installed a heat exchanger and cooling vents for me. The were professional, on time, and met my expectations completely. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs a cooling/heating system installed. They were fast and pleasant and stand by their work after the install.
On top of all the good work they are genuinely nice people!
It's been 6 months and heat exchanger is working very well! I'm have to say I'm completely satisfied with the system and would recommend it to anyone. Hasn't been really expensive to use either.
