MG refrigeration installed a tankless water heater for me 3 years ago. I was immensely happy with the product and the quality of workmanship in the installation. Today the unit showed an error code and Martin called me back right away and walked me through the steps to correct the issue myself saving me time, money and stress. We are pleased to say a word in support of MG Refrigeration and its team. We engaged Martin Gonzalez to do the necessary gas fitting in the course of converting our home to gas. It involved the installation of an On Demand water heater, a gas furnace, an outdoor fire pit, a BBQ and provisions for the eventual conversion of a gas kitchen stove.
We are well-pleased with all of the foregoing. His crew was efficient and respectful of our home and the quite considerable efforts to bring this conversion about.

Martin saved our lives during the heat wave! Our heat pump was not emitting cold air. I called about ten other HVAC contractors and was unable to get anyone to come help diagnose our issue. Thankfully I got a hold of Martin. He came the day of my distress call! We worked through the process of checking the heat pump, furnace and then to thermostat. We were able to conclude it was the issue of our thermostat and after a quick reprogramming we were up and running! Thank you so much Martin for your help. He will also be helping us maintain the heat pump moving forward. Highly recommend this man.

Martin and his team did a great job replacing our furnace back in early December. Martin responded quickly to my emails, came by to have a look at what was required and made recommendations while educating me on what to consider. He was able to schedule my job in quickly and arrived on time. Once the work was completed, the guys helped me get the information required to populate the paperwork to submit for a rebate.
