Wanted to take the time to tell you about a company to avoid working with: Rocket Food. My partner is an American who has been in the service and events industries for many many years (the sweetest and most charming person I've ever met). He was working as a staff member for one of their events (through another agency) and his supervisor received this feedback and some insults: that he was "aggressive, rude, and hostile" and that as an American, he's just not used to the proper politeness of British hospitality.
