The name Nourish, along with its focus of being 'a gluten-free bakery', started years before Graham and Kelly both stood behind the counter and in front of the ovens.Celiac safe was the number one priority, and still is today. Kelly and Graham both have strong values when it comes to food, baking in particular.

As a bakery that specializes in being gluten-free, we know that our commitment to our customers goes beyond just providing baked goods. For persons living with Celiac Disease, and other food allergies, regardless of their severity, finding safe places to eat, learning about new and innovative substitutes for trigger foods, and building a sense of community around these issues is incredibly important.

I have people in my life with gluten allergies, but I am not on a gluten free diet. This is hands down one of the best bakery's I've been to. If you have people hesitant to try gluten free things, get them something from here. I recommend the sweet potato brownies, the honey crullers, and the carrot cake cupcakes (and I'm certain the other cupcakes are great as well). Considering it's a specialty food that's made fresh, they have great prices too. My GF friends and family love it here, and the staff are very friendly. They also go to the farmers market in St. John's regularly on Saturdays if you

Small but Mighty this gluten free bakery is a must...fabulous breads and glorious freshly made treats for everyone. This bakery not only uses all natural ingredients but takes it one step further by including locally grown ingredients when available. Keep up the good work, can't wait to see what's next.

Awesome little bakery! I just wish it was closer to me :( I bought a flatbread that was so delicious, the salt on top just made it even more delicious. They had a lot of options for desserts, cookies, cupcakes etc. I will definitely be going back! From what I read I believe you can also make orders online that can be picked up or delivered, which is always a bonus.

Had the chance to try a few goodies from Nourish while I visited Newfoundland. Fresh bread, cookies and cupcakes, all delicious, so much so that I bought more to fly with me back home!
The black bottom cupcakes are hands down my favourite, if you haven't tried it before, you're missing out!
Can't wait to visit again!
