Our bootcamps run all year, rain or shine in Vancouver, Burnaby & New Westminster. Please feel free to join in anytime you like! It doesn't have to be on a certain day.

Services
Our bootcamps run every 4 weeks all year, rain or shine, at multiple different locations in the lower mainland in British Columbia. Get a group of 6 or more together and We will COME TO YOU! Working out with your co-workers and friends is a great way to get to know each other better and build relationships to help improve your working or social environment.
When did you become a trainer? I was involved with Survivor Bootcamp as a participant in 2007, finding the classes very exciting and motivating. I gained my certification credential's and began training soon after. What do your classes look like? I believe a well-tailored nutrition and exercise regimen are the key ingredients of a healthy lifestyle.
When did you become certified? I've been certified since 2016 as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and a certified Health Coach, specializing in comprehensive weight management programs. I hold a fitness nutrition specialist designation, TRX qualified, 'STRONG' by Zumba instructor and have continuing education in Pre-natal fitness instruction.
Feeling burnt out at work? At home? In life? This happens to many of us and there are simple ways to tell if it's happening to you! They are feeling tired all the time, not finding joy in things you used to enjoy, feeling irritable and snappy, reduced ability to concentrate, . We've all heard, at one point or another, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Many life experiences (meals, movies, laughs, shopping, travel, etc.) are enhanced when shared with others. Why then, do so many people choose to make fitness a solitary mission? Exercising as a group has many health and additional benefits for each person in the group as well as for the group. Are you itching to get your butt kicked but work CRAZY office hours?

This was my first boot camp experience and it was very positive, gave me the tune-up I was looking for in my exercise routine and I definately feel stronger.
The class leader Daniela is a true motivator, giving perfect balance of fun and pushing us to go hard!
I really liked being outside and all covid protocols were more than accomplished being outside spaced from eachother!
The atmosphere with the class is casual and fun but we get it done!
Would definitely do again! 5 star ⭐️ forsure👍

I love this bootcamp so much! Daniela has so much energy and has a good mix of humour and good old fashioned PUSH to keep you motivated. I tried a number of different programs after leaving Vancouver but none was as good in terms of the variety and quality of the workouts, or in terms of general enjoyability. Once I learned I can attend by Zoom I was thrilled. After months of eating terribly and getting zero activity in, signing back up gave me the boost I needed. On my third week and I've already dropped almost 10lbs. Woohoo! Couldn't recommend more highly.

I've been attending survivor bootcamp for over 10 years. Its the best group fitness class I've ever attended, which is why I keep coming back. Even doing it via zoom has not diminished its effectiveness. The instructor, Daniela, is funny and makes the time go by fast. Daniela's zoom bootcamp's have made me love morning exercise! Waking up with burpees, lunges, side planks, squats, jumping jacks and push ups is absolutely he best way to start every day! And her jokes aren't too bad either! Thank you Daniela for keeping us fit even through these crazy Covid times!

Daniela Duva is absolutely the best you can get as a fitness instructor. She really knows her stuff and easily modifies techniques to accommodate injuries. In addition, she is hilarious, which definitely makes it an enjoyable experience. You'll probably be pretty sore after the initial session, but I guarantee you'll feel like a million bucks!

I am so grateful to have joined this community and to have Daniela as my instructor!! I look forward to every one of her classes! If it were not for work, I'd be coming five days a week!! Every day is different, challenging and so fun that you'll never want to go back to the gym again. Since joining in April, I feel stronger and better than ever. Really the only thing that works! Super fun, varied and effective workouts with an awesome community feel. Have always felt comfortable (even when I started, 5+ years ago, 30 pounds overweight and unable to run a block). Have since dropped and kept off a large part of that weight, run numerous halfs and one full marathon and am the fittest I have ever been! Would absolutely recommend to anyone - there are people from 20 to 60+ years old in class of all shapes, sizes and fitness abilities and it does something for everyone.

Survivor Boot Camp is the best boot camp I have ever taken part in. The hours work with my schedule and Daniela is an amazing trainer. She creates a great atmosphere but takes your fitness and health seriously. I come home from every session knowing I've had a great workout and then I can get on with my day. She allows flexibility in your session times if you need it which is awesome when your schedule goes sideways. If you want fun as well as a great workout, this is where you need to be.
